Shop here every week. The produce is usually sub par. Cumbers rotten, tomatoes were on sale but rotten inside. MY DOGS REFUSED TO EAT THEM! Romaine lettuce was rotten inside. Couldn't make two salads. I have purchased chicken that reeked of spoilage and witnessed staff reel back from the stench when I returned it. If I have to throw away half of what I buy, I should just go to Publix, which is closer to my home. They just did a big store reset but the food quality has not changed. I spent $110.00 today and tossed a portion of it in the trash! A "CHEERFUL REFUND" ISN'T ACCEPTABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF DINNER! The only compensation will likely be a refund if you hump this garbage back to the store. Better have your receipt!

Last evening, I shopped for a few things at our local WD, and like usual, I ended up with a full cart. I normally shop at their competitor because they have all the brands and the customer service is 5 star, but it's further away. WD is very close to my home, and being a disabled senior, it is convenient. When approaching the checkout, I immediately noticed there were no registers opened, but only the "new" self check out. I asked if there were any registers that were/ could be opened, and the young man said no. I wanted to just leave the full cart worth $299 and walk out. When WD renovated to the new system I asked management... will a register always be opened for the elderly/handicapped and they assured me there would be. Sadly, they failed in doing so.Continuing, the young man overseeing said, I could help you if you would like, and I immediately said yes, please. He went and brought another cart, which really helped and then went to help another customer. I saw a total of three young men and two women with a female manager doing absolutely nothing as I tried to fine the hidden barcodes to each item to scan. I have very poor eye sight and hearing impaired, so it is extremely difficult to check for each barcode and learn/work the computer system. After complaining about no handicapped assistance, a guy went over and opened a register after I was almost done. The manager approached and talked briefly to the young man and the guy at the register... looked at me but never said a word or apologized. The young guy who was supposed to offer ASSISTANCE... he didn't until the last item was scanned. I told him thanks for helping me... being somewhat sarcastic, hoping one of the guys would help me to the car and unload but no offer. In closing, I won't be shopping at WD anymore. Self checkout is wonderful for those who have the ability. But to those who are elderly and handicap... it can be a nightmare! Their competitor is worth driving that extra mile to get the service that one needs.WD YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

Associates will question your integrity while trying to return something even if you have the receipt. Very poor customer service

Even worse than expiring food, they can't charge you properly either. Why list things on sale then when I get home I see you charged me at full price. I only bought the product because it was on sale. Thank you for wasting my time every visit....

I should have known I was in trouble when the drive was blocked by someone letting off an employee for their shift. When you walk in, you notice the place smells...like rotting food. Produce was outdated and much of it should have been pitched. I'm wandering the aisles looking for an item that I can't find, yet workers both in the aisles and at the front are conversing with each other. Many things are overpriced. I'm not worried about not going back. There is absolutely no way this store could be profitable and will no doubt soon be closed. And what a waste...it's a great location but either the chain or local management doesn't seem to care .
