I like shopping at Acapulco Tropical. They have a good selection of foods and fresh produce. And I was able to get exactly what I needed from their butcher. They stock a large variety of Latin American products not found in the average grocery store. And everyone has been pleasant and helpful to an obvious gringo. I appreciate this a lot.

Last week, I decided to pick up dinner for my father and I. He said he was craving Mexican food, so I headed over to Acapulco Tropical on 41. This is a Latin grocery store that also has a nice hot line serving all kinds of food. We decided to have a carne asada burrito and birria tacos. We got them to go. Once home, we got into them and we were very happy with our selections. The steak burrito was huge and full of meat, rice, and beans. The flavor was quite good. The birria was the real highlight. The flavor was exceptional. The broth was perfect that they served it with. If I had one small complaint about the birria, it was a bit stringy, but it was so flavorful it didn't matter. We were both very happy with our meals. Solid spot that is worth checking out.

Algunas de las cajeras son groseras y mal humoradas. Si vas a está tienda porque necesitas un producto latinoamericano esta bien porque ellos tienen de todo pero la atención de algunas cajeras es pésimo deberían escoger mejor a sus empleadas eso hace que los clientes como yo que gasto mucho dinero con ustedes se vayan incómodas y molestas. Conozco demasiada gente y tengo mucha familia que compra en sus tiendas. Por favor pongan mas atención a eso!
