I travel all over Florida and this is the worst Publix I've ever been to don't waste your time coming here to get a sub they only have one person working during lunchtime, and nobody even cares to try to help people stand in the back not doing anything just watching. Publix has good subs. Just not this one go somewhere else.

Just wanted the front office to know how amazing Jaush and Erica are. Everytime I go into the store, it's nothing but the BEST service I get. 10 Star's for the Publix pharmacy team. Spencer is going great also. Awesome Team. Thank you, Jeff Joerin

RE: Erica Wilson Publix - Twelve Oaks location In Bradenton, FL. I've never been so embarrassed and ashamed in my life. Absolutely rude and demeaning pharmacist at this location. I was so ashamed and nearly in tears when I was accused by the pharmacist of "going to different pharmacies". I've never been asked this ever after that 30 years of being on this ADD medication. Erica Wilson states that I can only get my script filled at one pharmacy. Why does Publix have multiple pharmacies then? I thought it was for customer convenience. I explained (which I shouldn't have to) that my job just opened a new location near them and before that I was going to a different Publix that was closer to the previous location. Then a new pharmacy opened within my doctors office so I had used them a few times but didn't this past time due to my insurance expiring. She then refused to fill the script just to penalize me for getting upset for the accusatory remarks she was making towards me in public. I get this prescription filled monthly and have never had an issue. I do not get multiple scripts filled at different pharmacies etc. this is a legit script being used for legit treatment. I am in no way pharmacy hopping nor do I overlap refills. She could clearly see this in her system. I have used 3 different pharmacies in the past year due to convenience, price and insurance. Shameful. This lady should be reprimanded for publicly shaming a customer with a legitimate disability, and making them feel as if they were doing something wrong in getting the prescribed treatment. THEN refusing to fill the necessary prescription as a matter of principle and nothing more. -- at Publix Super Market at Twelve Oaks Plaza.

I like this location. The staff is welcoming with attention to details. The store is clean and most things are easy to find. The staff here seems to have a good working chemistry. Keep it up Publix-Bradenton

I was in florida on vacation Last week and stopped in to get a sandwich at publix at 12 oaks plaza Michael, the young man that waited on me appeared to be very inexperienced and in his own little world, singing and whistling the whole time he made me a sandwich..it was very annoying.

Worlds Slowest Sandwich Deli! Every Publix is the same so must be a "corporate thing"... Always 5-6 people tasking ignoring customers and ONLY one sandwich maker . Doesn't matter all Publix are the same. Unbelievable
