I stopped by AAA Brandon to get my International Driver’s License, and the whole visit was a pleasant surprise. I originally went in just to get my international drivers license, but I ended up learning a lot about what AAA actually offers.
They took my photo on the spot—very similar to a passport photo—for about $12, and the International Driver’s Permit itself was only $20. Quick, easy, and efficient.
I interacted with several staff members during my visit, and every single person was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I even found out that one of the employees lives in the same community as me, which made the experience feel even more personal.
If you've never been to AAA before, definitely stop by. They offer a wide variety of services beyond what most people expect, and the customer service is top-tier. Highly recommend!”

“Briza was kind and patient working with us as we are older and have no Wi-Fi or computer but she got us through it on the phone so we do not need to make a trip in to the office. There are so many scams out there you always feel like you must call the office to make sure that what you're getting in a text or email is legit so I appreciate that she was able to do that.”
