“I brought my dogs in for a much-needed nail trim, and the experience was great from start to finish. They were able to accommodate us without an appointment, which I really appreciated. The groomer was friendly and confident, assuring me he could handle my dogs even with one being a bit nippy. He did an excellent job, and the service was quick and efficient. I had some concerns about the nail length, and they kindly recommended more frequent trims and filing to gradually get them shorter. Overall, I was very pleased with the care and service we received.”
“I've been visiting the one in Ruskin for several years, The one in Bloomingdale is a less crowded store but they do have some good hospitality. I appreciate them a lot. They can use some help when it comes to having a variety of reptiles, they asked me about my Blue Tongue Skink and I happily have them as much info as I could. The company should provide some form of learning form or training like Pet Supplies Plus does.”

“I went here on 5/3 to find a lid for my fish tank I purchased. I live in Lakeland and the Petco there did not have the lid for the Imagitarium tank. I went to the Brandon one and they did not have the one I was originally looking for but found the plastic one with the light. Tyler helped me looked and not only did he help me he looked online at what the cost was and it was 10 dollars cheaper. So he took the 10 dollars off. This is great customer service and highly recommend him if you need help finding anything ?”
