Been on hold over 25 mins waiting on an answer about cashing a life insurance check!! How can you have someone wait 25 mins for a simple question!!! Cant imagine why anyone would bank here.

One of my favorite PNC locations. Beyond the helpful staff members, this building is absolutely beautiful! I’ve always been treated so nicely and given full attention anytime I’ve stopped I’m here. Thank you to all the amazing bankers at this location.

Then in less than 4 weeks, my credit score went from 770 to 601.He is a useless piece of meat, and I believe him to do it all on purpose with an intention to ruin my credit. He was smiling when I was telling the Asst. Branch Manager what had happened while he was standing behind her.Sadly, he STILL works there. Even after I called Corporate and filed a grievance against him.Now today, Corporate calls me back and offers to pay for any fees I accrued for his 'mistake'. Horrible customer service. On Monday, I set an appointment with a financial advisor for 3:30 Friday. At 12:30 Friday I had a voicemail to call back and confirm my appointment (I was at work and couldn't answer my phone at the time). Tried calling back, was on hold for 10+ minutes in silence. Responded to an email saying I would be there. Showed up at 3:25 and the financial advisor already left. The person I talked with was extremely rude about it too. He said “Yeah, he left. What do you want?”. Not a care in the world. I just can't believe they tried to confirm my appointment less than 3 hours before it was supposed to happen. That should have taken place at least 24 hours in advance. It's also the most weirdly laid-out bank I've ever seen. You walk in and is a central open area and a bunch of offices. No obvious teller's desk. Overall just extremely disappointed in this branch after 15+ years of banking with PNC

I went to this PNC location in Riverview, and they were horrible, I was there almost 2 hours, I went there to open an account and was treated like my account wasn’t important at all. Domingo seem like it was a bother and he had better things to do. After 30 minutes later he came out and said I don’t want to keep you waiting you can make an appointment and I just got up and walked out. There were 4 people working there with no one else there for them. Other people walked in some were assisted and some weren’t. I have never been to a bank that treated me I such a way. One person I was setting in front of his office, when I first arrived he had someone in the office, 10 minutes later she walked out, he saw me sitting there and never tried to assist me. If this is how PNC Bank treat their customers I will go somewhere else. Unbelievable the type of service you don’t get here. They looked like they didn’t want to assist me and that’s fine. Maybe they were discriminating because I was only opening a Payee Account who knows but I know I won’t be going back. If I could have they wouldn’t have got a star, PERIOD!

This bank broke my trust on multiple occasions. There were multiple staff members involved, including the branch manager himself. I am disgusted with how I was treated at this location of PNC bank location after over 2 decades of loyalty with this company, ample assets, and a flawless credit record. I will be looking for a more trustworthy institution. I can only speak well for one or two employees at this location.

Its newly design building with no planning what so ever. Only one teller desk for customer services. Employee trying but still very loooooong waiting time for simple cash deposit or cashier check services

Horrible customer service. Its a pretend branch with a lot of desks and offices. There is 4 employees, only one of which helps customers whilst the others sit. You will wait and wait and wait even for something simple like deposit or cash a check. Do yourself a favor and choose a different bank

Employee are not well trained to perform their job so we had to wait a lot. Three employees work together to operate 1 bill counter. They gave us hard time and were very uncooperative. I went there twice and both my experiences were ever.
