There was one person working just now and the line to check out was backed up to the end of the chip aisle! It took over 15 minutes to check out! This is ridiculous! I hate that store and will not be back and I will let all my family and friends know!

I worked here about 2 years ago as a manager under Cassie. Loved my job and everyone there. Fast forward to today and I was in there getting about 7 items. I decided to go through self checkout since no one was up at the register. When i was working there the self checkout was never 5 items or less. This older gentleman comes out of the office and gets onto me about how the self checkout is for 5 items or less. Honest mistake, i said “oh when did they changed that?” He said when they opened a year ago. I said i worked here 2 years ago and it wasn’t for 5 items or less. He said that it said it right on the screen. I apologize and he said i can continue ringing up my items. The whole time he kept telling me over and over how its for 5 items or less just watching me. It made me very uncomfortable and upset. He had a very snarky attitude. Then as i finished paying he said look it says right on the screen 5 items or less. Very rude and unprofessional. I get i made an honest mistake but there was no reason for his attitude towards me.

I used to enjoy this location and store. I had no issues with going there, it's convenient. But then I had TWO really upsetting interactions with two of the older cashiers there. This was a couple of months ago the first incident happened, I noticed all the cats around the building, and I'm a huge animal lover, so my immediate thought was, ok I need to feed these poor kitties. I went inside and was checking out my things and asked the woman at the cash register if I should get some food to feed those kitties outside their building. She immediately replied with the most snarky, stuck up comment and says, "don't touch those cats, those are mine". I was really taken back, but I didn't say anything else besides "have a good night". Fast forward to three nights ago, I needed to grab some last minute items before they closed, which I know is at 10PM. I rushed there, but didn't get to inside the store until about 9:45, maybe a few minutes later than that. Immediately upon walking into the store, the older gentleman working yells out, "SEVEN MINUTES!". I laughed it off, and said I'm sorry, I know this is right when you close, I will be quick". So I'm rushing now, trying to get what I need in the store. A few minutes after looking around the same employee is yelling from the front again , "FOUR MINUTES!" And then literally a minute later, "THREE MORE MINUTES ". And he kept yelling obnoxiously the countdown till close, 10PM. I felt so overwhelmed, and extremely rushed. I understand the doors are SUPPOSED to close at 10PM, and I can understand that the employees get excited as soon as that clock turns to 10PM, BUT, I feel as if you should never rush your customers, or tell to them a countdown. I KNOW THEY WERE CLOSING, I WAS WELL AWARE. It just made me super uncomfortable. I don't believe that is good customer service at all. THEN, THE NEXT DAY I HAD TO GO BACK IN TO GRAB MILK OR SOMETHING...that same male employee was there that morning. As he is cashing me out, he tells me that he got in trouble by his boss and it was because of me and my friend I was with, because we came in right around ten. ??♀️ C'mon, you need to be trained much more in good customer service. Those two employees are just snarky. I feel uncomfortable even returning to that store location ever again.

Clean store.....as for Customer service can definitely IMPROVE! Management is unfriendly (too involved in their personal problems).

I love this store. We drive slightly out of our way to shop there. Cassie, Andy and everyone are so nice and helpful. Even when they're having a rough day, they are so pleasant. The store is the cleanest I've ever seen; that's one of the reasons we go there, too. Thanks for all the great service!

A helpful and dutiful staff. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Actually, they were clean... until they suffered certain indignities. Apologies to the helpful and dutiful staff.(Google is offering me to add photos, but that's wholly inappropriate.)
