We needed a new tire valve installed. Rudy's was able to get us right in! The mechanics had a fantastic attitude, were kind, and you can tell they take pride in their work. We'll definitely be coming back for oil changes and other services in the future! Highly recommend this local auto shop.

Great people. We had issues with a tire and they took care of it right then and there. And didn't even charge us. We felt blessed. Also these guys work real hard to make it happen so our vehicles are up to par.

I noticed my tire going flat down the road and immediately stopped into Rudy's. They knew I was in a hurry and got me in and out super quickly. Not to mention, always kind and professional. 10/10 Recommend!!

Scheduled a 2 PM oil change and arrived early I appreciated being taken in right away. Unfortunately, it still took over an hour and cost $85. I was told the delay was due to needing to “get the parts,” which makes no sense for a scheduled appointment. They didn’t ask for my vehicle details ahead of time, which any other professional shop does to avoid exactly this issue. When I checked out, I was repeatedly put on hold so they could answer phone calls. Overall, overpriced and disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning.

Was told this morning to bring my truck back at 3 to have a wheel bearing replaced, then when I came back was told they couldn't get to it today (which would be understandable if they were that busy) but then proceeds to say it's better to make an appointment for stuff like that ? lol YOU told me to come back at 3! If you wouldn't have wasted my entire day I would've been able to take it somewhere else and get it fixed. Super disappointed since Rudy is no longer in charge.
