I placed an online order at about noon. Received an email confirming it’s ready to be picked up. Drove an hour from Gainesville to Branford Five hours later only to show up to a broken toolbox. His toolbox was so broken that had they done any type of quality control. I might’ve gotten an email or a phone call save me the two hour round-trip 80 mile drive I took. When I got there, everybody acted like they didn’t know what to do. Apologized and that was it other than offering to sell me a discounted broken toolbox. I only wish I hadn’t been so upset. I might’ve taken pictures..

Great staff but I don't like that I have to get them to price match their other stores in Gainesville or Newberry because the price of the corn is over four dollars more per 50 pound bag in branford. They always do it without any problems but it's just a hassle that shouldn't happen. The other stores are less than a hour away why isn't it all the same price?

Always friendly, always wanting to assist. I go there for their great prices on cat food, and if I need bolts. Their bolts are high quality and incredibly cheap. Yah, they've got tools and supplies for your tractor as well.

I purchased a couple of Yeti cups that were discounted 40% off. It saved me about 30 dollars. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

O stars!People been applying and calling only to be told to call back next day repeatedly or that the hiring manager isn't thereand when someone finally does get a hold of hiring manager, they're rude, snotty and say they'll be in touch.It's more professional to just tell someone they're just not gonna be hired oe they found someone. Jesus.

They don’t carry needed parts for chain saws they sell nor parts for maintenance items for tractors. .But if I want a lawn ornament or over priced boots they got it. Please drop the name tractor out of your name.

I try my hardest to be a customer but they seem to go out of their way to not carry items you would think a store like this should carry. Oil Filter for Massey Tractor - Nope Fuel primer for a chain saw they sell- Nope! They can order part but it's $25 dollars but Amazon sells them $8. ( Why have Tractor in your name? ) However if I want a metal chicken for your garden, candy or over priced boots they are your store!!!

Waiting over 20 minutes to fill a propane tank, after 3 people asked if anyone was going to come out then 1phone call & finally 7 minutes later they send someone one out. If they are on lunch or break just let us know we can come back and not stand in the cold
