Needed a tooth pulled today at 11:30. I was in and out, and the doctor was so nice and comforting she was always checking to make sure I didn't feel a thing. Fantastic people here.

If I could leave a zero star I would! This was the WORST dental experience of mine and my daughter’s life. The staff are completely rude and the dental assistant is rude and unprofessional. If you make a complaint to the office manager who speaks to you condescending and like a child then they will just cancel your appt and give it to someone else then send a letter in the mail canceling all future services. The worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s hard enough to get dental care as it is with Medicaide much less having to deal with this. Not a gentle office either. The assistant was rushing and forceful with xrays even after she sees your in pain and just keeps forcing on to get her part done. Assistant couldn’t stop sighing at everything the student kept telling her during the exam. I highly doubt not recommend going here even if it’s your last option go somewhere else if you want to get treated properly by the staff.

Dr. Paayal Bhakta is amazing. I was so afraid of a double extraction that I was crying and honestly, nearly ran out, serious fight or flight! But Dr. Bhakta came in and calmed me down with her extremely kind and empathetic bedside manner. She tells stories about her own dental journey and makes you laugh. My double extraction took all of 10 minutes. I don't ever want another dentist! I am grateful she is now the head of the dental clinic. I have been going to this clinic since 2018. She is the best dentist I have ever had.

I’ve been trying to reach out to this clinic for a long time. Did not get response to email sent weeks ago, not able to reach by phone. Drove miles to get there and there is a sign that they’re closed (for walk in clinic) until June 26. None of this was mentioned on their website. Perhaps they do good work when they are actually open but right now they’re pretty much not available.

Do not bring your child here. My youngest had a filling on Monday and I had to take her to the doctor today because her cheek was torn up on the inside. The doctor said there was no reason the drill should have hit her cheek so many times. She sat perfectly still the entire procedure. She didn't move or j**** I'm reporting them to Medicaid.

They're regular appointment wait is much like other dentist that accept medicaid... however if you're in pain and need an extraction they have a walk in clinic Monday through Wed 8-12!I went on a Monday at 8:10 I did end up waiting 2 hours but the removed 2 problem teeth in an hour, one being a wisdom tooth! No cost to me at all!It's been 24 hours now and I'm in little pain...The dentist was so kind, making sure I was comfortable throughout and keeping communication fluent of when I would feel or hear certain noises or pressure!She even was sure to ask for a second opinion when working with a difficult tooth... I've never had such a smooth tooth extraction!Much better than my previous dentist who canceled my appointment 5 times!

I've dealt with oral pain for years and tolerated several bad experiences based on the condition of my mouth.I finally gave in this passed Monday after awaking at 1am pounding my temple until I bruise crying in pain. I reached out to my sister who is an affiliate with acorn. Without hesitation she told me to come in.Once on-site I met the team and began x-ray.Then I met compassionate, intelligent Dr.Bahkta.Doc did not just explain what she would do but offered several practices of how she could perform.I knew the moment aftrr getting the first shot when Doc got excited over being a direct hit i was in good hands.I'm not trying to convince anyone to go here, but i will say if you want the job done right you will go to Doctor B.Thank you ma'am I hope you the best and look forward to the next visit

Amazing staff, attentive and caring! I have extreme ptsd with dental work. However, the staff was very kind and considerate. Through all processes of my visit, I felt welcomed and important. I went for an extraction, which went amazingly! Will be continuing my dental needs with this office.

Everyone was very nice and professional I definitely have found my new dentist office! So thankful they could get me in! Doctors and assistants were so amazing thank you so much for everyone's great attitudes they really make a world of a difference!

I had have issues with dentists, however the dentists that pulled my tooth was a sweetheart. She joked and even singed to me to calm me down.

They were amazing they took copies of my real teeth And made me a partial that look like my old teeth They are very courteous Nice. but the wait time is crazy. But amazing staff Amazing!!! students And amazing work If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

Made an appointment, was asked to show up 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. Was called back 5 minutes before my appointment time. From the ladies at the front desk, all the way to the dentist everyone was super friendly & helpful. This isn’t a free clinic but it is truly low cost dental care. May 3, 2022
