I have been a customer of American First Storage for several years, during which time I have rented two units and stored a vehicle on-site. The level of customer service provided is truly exceptional. Nancy and Buddy, the facility managers, consistently go above and beyond to prioritize the needs of their clients.
They are always courteous, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Both Nancy and Buddy are readily available to address any concerns or requests—and their warm, approachable manner makes every interaction a pleasant one.
The facility itself is extremely well-maintained: clean, freshly painted, and free of pests. In addition to the outstanding service, the rates are very competitive.

I was a customer of Nancy and her husband storage facility American First for at least 4 years. First she was so so extremely helpful. They are so friendly like family. The facility is immaculate always spotless and shiny. The absolute best place to store our special memories and furniture. We moved to Gainesville area I miss them. Thank you

When my wife and I moved to Florida from N. Carolina, we were in desperate need of a storage facility that could fit a 45’ toy hauler. All the places we searched came up with zilch, except American First. In order to fit our trailer they had to do clean out some trees in which they jumped on it almost immediately. On top of that, the place where we could fit, there was another unit that was delayed in getting out. They stayed on top of the situation and made sure we were taken care of. Top shelf customer service all around.
Thank you, American First Storage for going the extra mile to help us out in our time of need…very much appreciated!

We kept our RV here for 6 months. They were very reasonably priced. Nancy was very helpful. She kept an eye on the RV for us since we were not near the storage facility. She let us know when our tire went flat.

I have been a customer since 2014 and have never regretted it. Great place to store anything to need to. Great location, great rates, easy access, units are secure and communications with the staff is great. Highly recommended American First Storage, cheaper than the big new national storage companies. I never had an issue with making a payment on time but I have a feeling they would work with you if you did and not just take your stuff and sell it to the highest bidder. Make American First Storage your first call for a storage unit, don’t waste your time with the others.

I have been with American First Storage since 2019. This place is amazing as far as location, price, and security. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my RV there. Staff is great also, communication is right up there with the best!
