About Ameri Gas
Company set up delivery a week prior and given a window of 3 days. They missed the window and the next day and then after numerous phone calls delivery arrives on the fifth day. Communication is key and was not great. Service was really bad and business tactics was bad but the technician was great. Tons honest upfront service and smiles and prayers.

This location does not do walk ins. You have call in hopes to talk to someone. Shows they do not care about customers anymore. You can't even speak to anyone at the physical locations anymore.

I called to see if they could recertify a couple of tanks. My call was answered by a call center in India, and I was told that if I were not an existing customer, they could not help me. The website says they provided recertification service but no walk ins so I would like to know how you get anything done with these guys....

They just suck overall... since they went all been corporate when they were Hometown they were better
