To say that I am FURIOUS is an absolute UNDERSTATEMENT.TL;DR overpriced, predatory dental office doesn’t get my money, just to answer one question that another dentist answered in 5 mins. The other dentist will cost me SIGNIFICANTLY LESS to get the healthy smile I want. Always get a second opinion, don’t fall for fear mongering.I went into Aspen Dental in Brooksville on February 21, 2024 at 7AM. I went in hoping to have a possible broken tooth assessed and start a new and positive dental health journey. That did not happen, and honestly, some of these people should not even be working with the public in such a sensitive space.I went in and was called back for X-rays, the radiologist was soft spoken and super sweet. She was honestly the only pleasant person I’ve had contact with, I hope she finds a different dental office to work in. After my X-rays I was taken back for my exam, and waited for quite awhile, after initial imaging of my teeth were done.I was then greeted by the hygienist. She clearly does not want to be there. She wasn’t very warm, nor was she even concerned about my comfort, she was there to do one thing. She completed her portion, I resumed waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was finally seen by the dentist, again not a very warm person. There to do one job, delivered the “bad” news, and left it at that. Nothing really in terms of bedside manner or anything, just there to collect a paycheck. The whole care plan broke down as such:Deep cleaning: $1200+ dollars and potential add ons if they needed to use more antibioticsSeveral fillings, a root canal, 1 wisdom tooth extraction, and still no answer of what I thought was a broken tooth, was broken or not. I was told that I would need to do the deep cleaning first to figure that all out, because the dentist didn’t know if was broken. A whopping $5,000+(after the 25% off discount) for a “care plan” that didn’t answer my initial concern that I mentioned during the first visit. Thank God for free X-rays and an exam, that helped me not spend money with them.I went to a local, reputable dentist for a second opinion. After my first visit was done, I received an answer regarding my potentially broken tooth(which isn’t broken) and a deep cleaning that was near 85% less in cost. With a full 6 phase care plan, for well below $2500 to address all areas of concern to get back on track, WITHOUT a root canal. At a very clean office, with a highly rated and recommended dentist. Lesson learned, ALWAYS get a second opinion. Don’t become a victim of predatory dental practices. And you know what? With the exception of my TWO wisdom teeth, we’re on track to a healthy smile.*I’ll add the Aspen Dental “care plan” pictures at a later date to show cost breakdown.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist ! I would never recommend to anyone. It took almost a year to do what should have taken a few months and I still can’t wear my partials because they don’t fit . I would never go back !

Pleasant however it has been almost a year and I’ve yet to be comfortably placed with a set of dentures. I must on general make bi-weekly and/or monthly for adjustment for over 1 year . I manage as best as I can and staff has been gracious but I long for relief

Prices are outrageous and it's all about the money. My tooth fell out and he glued it back in temporarily. I called back to get help a 2nd time for a business trip and offered to pay for the "temp glue fix" and he refused to help me again. He wouldn't assist me any further until I agreed to begin his $6,000 treatment plan. I'm a single mom with a autistic son, trying to work to make ends meet. Terrible experience. Staff was stiff and not warm either. Worst dental experience ever.

Office cancelled my appointment for extractions and soft denture. they never let me know it was cancelled, just moved someone else on in to my time slot. I raved about first visit, but had to change stars for second appt. Not feeling as comfy and secure with my care in Aspen's hands.

We had visited another dentist and when they told us the cost, we about fell off our chairs. We decided to look for another dentist. We stopped in to AspenDental and after all the X-ray's and talking with all the Doctors, the final cost blew us away. There was no hesitation about having the procedure done. We would recommend Aspen Dental for anyone needing their teeth fixed.
