“Eric took care of a problem 2 other auto shops over the course of a year couldn't fix. I had massive coolant leaks that other shops told me the clamps were loose and that was all, when it turns out the whole thermostat and housing had to be replaced. Eric worked with me to set an appointment that worked for me, and was totally transparent and thorough about what work he was doing and why he was doing it, communicating with me throughout the day while he was working on the car and presenting an itemized list and explanations of what was taken out/put in and why. It's been four months in and the car has been running perfectly. So awesome to find a mechanic who offers actual solutions and stands behind his work. Very happy with his services, and I highly recommend!”

“There aren't many shops like this anymore! It's hard to find an honest repair shop with mechanics that actually know what they're doing. My van was overheating & a/c wasn't working. My husband and I were looking for a shop to take take it to. He called a shop in Brooksville that over the phone thought that the issue was the A/C. I called Ice Cold Air after reading a lot of very good reviews online. The lady that answered the phone said that it sounded like an engine cooling issue but that they would take a look at it. Bruce fully checked the A/C and found no issue. It was a radiator fan that had stopped working...a part that was replaced by Goodyear 8 months ago and he explained that it was likely still under warranty. Bruce did not charge for his time troubleshooting my a/c or the engine AT ALL! He just asked that I remember them when I need repairs done to my vehicle. I ABSOLUTELY will! He has made a new customer! They don't just repair a/c . They do other repairs as well. So we will definitely be back for any repairs that our vehicles need. Thanks again Bruce! Your work, honesty and professionalism is a rare find these days! I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to Ice Cold Air in Brooksville!”
“Found this car lot online to be honest was not expecting much I did read some of the reviews and was like ehhh I did the application found two cars I liked and got the one I loved Best buying experience ever My only thing is make sure before you drive it check to make sure you have a lug nut key one of my tires went flat the tire light was on when I bought it thought because it was cold nope tire went flat and no lug nut key have not been able to drive it in the week I have had it but not there fault totally my own for not checking to make sure everything was there I was just so excited I got approved for the car they did everything to make the deal happen and I do love the car”
“Finally found a service Center I feel comfortable with. Being out of country it has been trial error for me. Dave took my vehicle with me for a test drive because I thought I had issue with my brakes. He checked it all out and checked the codes for any warnings. All was good and informed me that if it happens again we will bring it in. This was done at no cost to me which he spent a good half hour. Will be back for all my services.”

“Came to Brooksville from Valrico, FL and when it was time to get tires, I decided to try out the tire kingdom in Brooksville because my service and quality of products that I experienced in Valrico was always excellent. I am happy to say that I was not disappointed From my first encounter with Robbie, who I later found out was the store manager. To the quality of work done in a timely manner By Ryan, the technician that worked on my vehicle, I was extremely happy. Also very happy they did not try and upsell me on services I did not ask for. If you see a problem, by all means let me know…..there is a difference between that and upselling.

“Wow ... it's been a long time since I've experienced such an excellent degree of service. Stacie was amazing! She was assigned to help me retrieve items from my car before I left it. I expected to have someone simply point the way to my car ... so I could empty it. Instead, Stacie said "Go get your ride and bring it around back here, I'll help you get your items." When I got back around to her, she had emptied the whole car ... seat covers, Weathertek floor pads, even my Sunpass ... things I never would've thought to take. “We had an unusual thing happen when we dropped our car off to get and oil change and check the air conditioning fan. I opened the passenger door to get my paperwork out of the glove compartment and saw strange mess of what looked like was stringy glue or whatever. Johnny came out and looked at it and wasn't sure what it was but said to leave the car they would get back to us. Later he called saying something had blocked the air conditioning vent and a large amount of water had built up and obviously left this mess as a result. This vehicle is our second car are rarely used by both of us at one time so we are not even sure when the mess occurred. Long story short, they determined what happened and replaced the parts required and did the oil change plus they cleaned up that mess on the floor mat all for what I believe was a very reasonable amount. We are lucky to have such great auto shop so close to us.”

“I had an urgent situation with my Chevy Equinox and luckily was only a few miles from Register when it happened. Cheryl in the service department was very courteous and let me know that she would have it looked at as soon as possible, but I may need to leave it overnight. First thing the next morning I received a call from Cheryl with an explanation of the issue and a reasonable repair estimate. Within just a few hours I got another call to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. When returning to pay for the service and retrieve my car, I was greeted by more friendly employees. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the GM Rewards program and showed me how I could earn extra points to pay for future parts, service, etc. I was impressed with the level of customer service, honesty and respect the staff showed and will make Register my go-to for regular service.”

“100% recommend these guys. We were driving Friday from North AL when we had, what we thought, was an ABS system issue. Knowing we had to drive back Sunday, we called A&G and they got us in on Sat to diagnose the problem. Very honest, friendly, knowledgeable team!! They called as promised and were honest with the problem they found, the expected time to repair, and what it was. While they couldn't get it done before we had to leave to return to AL, I would absolutely go back to them if we need service next time we're in FL!!”
