“Excellent service and personnel. I was traveling north on i75 to Ocala and belt started squeeling bad on my GMC Sierra 2500HD at exit 301 Brooksville... Called Mike after search on Google and he said bring it in and he'd check it out... Belt tensioner and pulley was bad... Melted the pulley.. replaced all with new belt... I was in and out in an hour! Parts arrived fast and repair was quick! Could've been real disaster had i not stopped to fix...Mike and everyone were very helpful and courteous... Mechanic got right on it and made quick thorough repair! EXCELLENT AUTO SERVICE! GOOD PRICES TOO.”
“I’ve been to Many express oil locations, but this one in particular should be the standard that other shops should follow. Between oil/Mechanics all the way down to the customer service rep has exceedingly and consistently provided a top-notch quality service. Overall, hands-down five star experience every time. Even after I had brought them oversized tires late in the afternoon for them to install and had ran into issues doing so Sam, Ian, and Greyson still provided exceptional service all the way closing time. These guys were the most professional, friendly and caring group of mechanics I have ever experienced. So if you want to have the best 5 star experience when it comes to automotive this is the place for you!”

“Eric took care of a problem 2 other auto shops over the course of a year couldn't fix. I had massive coolant leaks that other shops told me the clamps were loose and that was all, when it turns out the whole thermostat and housing had to be replaced. Eric worked with me to set an appointment that worked for me, and was totally transparent and thorough about what work he was doing and why he was doing it, communicating with me throughout the day while he was working on the car and presenting an itemized list and explanations of what was taken out/put in and why. It's been four months in and the car has been running perfectly. So awesome to find a mechanic who offers actual solutions and stands behind his work. Very happy with his services, and I highly recommend!”
“Once again, I went to anything automotive, and they, once again, never stop with the amazement. I went in this time for a blower motor resistor and maybe a blower motor cleaning, but they tested it and found that it needed a new blower motor. It was spudering and it did only work on setting 3, so I almost expected similar news. The owner now offers spare parts to lower costs for customers.He was honest and said that he could sell me these parts at lower costs, but it may, as a caveat, go bad again as a c quality warning at a later date, and they are not covered under warranty. You can bring in your own parts as well, which I considered. They ordered the parts and we got, at least, the blower motor done for now, but the resistor was manufacturer specific. I will be back lol.

“A very honest local business! I went to them for new pads, tires, and alignment. They walked me through several tire options, and found some on sale that fit my needs. I ended up getting Discoverer RTX 2 for the truck, and love them. The price was very fair, the quality of the work is high, and everything happened when they said it would.

“A really great place with straight forward honesty!!
Here’s my experience with them:
Called to ask questions about pricing for repair and replacement options on my Transmission. Received a call back within an hour and the lady I spoke to was kind and informative. The pricing was realistic and not super inflated, like most shops in Brooksville and Spring Hill. I asked then if I could bring it up to have a computer analysis performed while the Mechanic drove it and how much for this type of service. She asked if I could bring it now? And the service was FREE!!!! I drove up there immediately and met Kevin. Kevin drove it for awhile and got it up to normal operating temperature. He returned and said there was a little shudder at 40-50 and that I should consider a shudder additive. He told me that the additive would help and to replace the fluid again in about 500 miles. He added the additive and so far so good!!
These are my people from now on!!! Their honesty has won me and I’ve already recommended 2 people to them.

“There aren't many shops like this anymore! It's hard to find an honest repair shop with mechanics that actually know what they're doing. My van was overheating & a/c wasn't working. My husband and I were looking for a shop to take take it to. He called a shop in Brooksville that over the phone thought that the issue was the A/C. I called Ice Cold Air after reading a lot of very good reviews online. The lady that answered the phone said that it sounded like an engine cooling issue but that they would take a look at it. Bruce fully checked the A/C and found no issue. It was a radiator fan that had stopped working...a part that was replaced by Goodyear 8 months ago and he explained that it was likely still under warranty. Bruce did not charge for his time troubleshooting my a/c or the engine AT ALL! He just asked that I remember them when I need repairs done to my vehicle. I ABSOLUTELY will! He has made a new customer! They don't just repair a/c . They do other repairs as well. So we will definitely be back for any repairs that our vehicles need. Thanks again Bruce! Your work, honesty and professionalism is a rare find these days! I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to Ice Cold Air in Brooksville!”
“Found this car lot online to be honest was not expecting much I did read some of the reviews and was like ehhh I did the application found two cars I liked and got the one I loved Best buying experience ever My only thing is make sure before you drive it check to make sure you have a lug nut key one of my tires went flat the tire light was on when I bought it thought because it was cold nope tire went flat and no lug nut key have not been able to drive it in the week I have had it but not there fault totally my own for not checking to make sure everything was there I was just so excited I got approved for the car they did everything to make the deal happen and I do love the car”
“We were very satisfied with the service of our 2011 Rav 4 at Dave’s Repair. He advised us that we needed 4 new tires immediately - our vehicle had been parked in the sun for most of its life, eventually rotting the tires. He gave us a good price on the tires and the synthetic oil change was fairly priced. We plan to go back for his recommendation to change out our rusty sway bar. Thanks Dave!”

“This is my third time coming to Dynasty Collision & Auto to have some work done to my truck. The first time I went there I was gifted an oil change and everything was great. So I decided to go again since I had a few things that were wrong with my truck that needed to be fixed and I went in there and was greeted by John Averre who takes appointments and schedules, very nice gentleman. The owner's name is Johnny and Not only was their prices lower than most places but they did a phenomenal job and explaining everything about what was wrong and what they were going to fix. I would definitely recommend them highly they also painted a part of my truck that I needed to install from getting into an accident and they did a fantastic job at that as well. So as far as automotive and auto body that's the only place I would go to. I also like the fact that they are Christian company, why that might not mean something to people, it meant a lot to me. Just the way they conducted their business is 100% satisfaction. Thank you so much to Johnny John and the rest of the crew there that took care of my needs with respect, professionalism and honesty”

“Wow ... it's been a long time since I've experienced such an excellent degree of service. Stacie was amazing! She was assigned to help me retrieve items from my car before I left it. I expected to have someone simply point the way to my car ... so I could empty it. Instead, Stacie said "Go get your ride and bring it around back here, I'll help you get your items." When I got back around to her, she had emptied the whole car ... seat covers, Weathertek floor pads, even my Sunpass ... things I never would've thought to take.
