Awesome service from Devin and Clint!!
Got us a great price on the a 2022 Pacifica.
Came from another chrysler dealer 10 min away where they were trying to push me the Dealer package which was $3000 more on top of all the regular fee.
Here with them, the price was very straight forward and fair.

Had my vehicle serviced at this dealership for some recall work.
The work took a bit longer to get than expected, but my service advisor, Alan, kept me up to date on its status the whole way and was extremely responsive.
I would gladly bring my Ford back for other services here in the future. Thanks for the great experience!

Terrible customer service. We called ahead to check if they still had the vehicle and spoke with TWO different people who confirmed they did. We drove over an hour ready to purchase just to be told it’s at a different dealership. Rather than offering a dealer trade or anything to make it right they just tried to sell us into a Ford after we made it clear we only came for that car.

I can’t express how amazing everyone was in my car buying process, they fought tooth and nail for 4 hours to get me approved, stayed open 2 HOURS longer to get me in at the rates I wanted, I want to specifically thank the sales manager Mike and salesman Braeden for all their hard work today, I truly couldn’t thank either one of them enough for being there for me, will absolutely use them for my future vehicles and will be paying extra to service my car there so that I can continue receiving this amazing support and service.

These mechanics, I don't know where they find them.. Six months from getting my ball joints done.The control arm fell off.. After getting them replaced again for the second time.. I went to pick it up and they left the bottom ball joint loose They said they were gonna realign it I get in my truck. I'm going down the road and my steering wheel.It's crooked by about two inches. I think I am done with ford Altogether Now I have to pay a shop a hundred dollars to realign.What they were supposed to do.. Let along pay for a tow truck to get the truck towed there.When the arm fell off.. I do have to say bob there in service been good These mechanics are gonna kill somebody in these vehicles After what happened to my truck... I will not trust the shop anymore.

They bought a Buick vehicle from me. They were respectful and courteous throughout. After driving an hour to the dealership, was worried about switch and bait of the initial price offering. After examining the vehicle, they dropped the price offering a little, but it was within reason for a deep scratch I was unaware was present. Price offered was overall fair. I would sell to them again if opportunity arose, and would also never hesitate on purchase of a vehicle from them. They appear forthright, fair and honest in their approach to customers.

So the thought process was to not trust car guys 100% because of past experiences, but I gotta say, meeting the manager Clint kinda changed my mind. Was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question. Even gave me a few tips I hadn’t thought of. Thankful for his patience and not pressuring me. So glad there are still a few good car guys left!! Will definitely send my family there!! ?
