Thank you very much Robbie from the service department, had to jump my 2017
Ford truck yesterday at the VA, I thought for sure something was wrong, if it did it once to do it again, call the service department first thing this morning, Robbie asked me to come in... It was a loose terminal on the battery, I felt so embarrassed, lol Again, thank you very much for getting me in and out so quickly,

I walked in, since they did not assist me over the phone, requesting an appointment for updates on my 2023 Ford Mustang Mach E. Instead of asking clarifying questions, the guy just jumped to assumptions, wasting my time.
They expect me to play games. It is up to their customer to call Corporate, and start something or another to have my vehicle updated with what it is missing.
They then took it upon themselves to make sure my MME was hotter than hot inside, but yet, parked in the shade when I arrived. They also kept my key ring. How nice of them. Very unprofessional, children at that dealership. I won’t be back.

You indicated that you had fixed the auto stop/start function with a software update. The problem was the battery. I got a new one but the techs need to know how sensitive the systems are to the battery.
