I was due for an oil change and a 40,000 mile multipoint check on my Ford F150. Making an appointment was easy and the service appointment was smooth and took less than an hour. They have a lounge with a big screen television and snacks, water, and coffee if you choose to wait. I will definitely be returning to Auto Nation for my next service.

I was extremely disappointed. My son-in-law had worked the details of the purchase of a 2023 Ford Ranger. I had a pre-approved bank draft. Upon driving over 100 miles to the dealership on a Saturday morning the details that had been firmed on Friday evening were not what we found upon arrival. Additional costs had been added and the manager Chris Hendricks would not even discuss removing. There is nothing on their website that 1) the dealership would not take a pre-approved bank draft. Which I had much better interest rate than what the dealership was offering. 2) The did not provide a full disclosure on their website on what they would be adding to the cost of the vehicle so the cost of the vehicle was $3,000 higher than I was expecting. I did feel sorry for the sale representative Tim as I was ready to purchase a vehicle and am very happy with the one I purchased that same day at the Village Toyota dealership in Homossassa and they were more than willing to accept the pre-approved bank draft that I had in hand. I would not recommend AutoWay Ford Brooksville.

Service Department poor communication. Had to call for updates and they sounded annoyed. Had truck for over 3 weeks and could not locate part. But their parts department could locate 7 Ford dealerships that had the part yet no one ordered the part. Did not return insurance adjuster or my calls. When tow truck arrived had difficulty locating my vehicle. Cannot recommend based on poor customer service.

My truck was making a humming noise and the automatic update button was not working so I took it into Auto nation Ford in Brooksville. I dropped it off at 8:00 am and called after 2:00 pm to check on it. When someone answered they were completely RUDE, the guy Alan that was in charge of taking my problems was not very informative and said nothing was wrong all is good and that I could come and pick it up. Picked up my truck and nothing was fixed on it so I reached out to Brandon Ford where I bought the truck and they seemed to have found the issue or issues. I would NEVER take my truck back to Auto Nation Ford in Brooksville EVER again. I'll drive to the ends of the Earth before I take it back there.

Terrible experience here with the service and sales departments. I made an appointment for Tue. morning, 9:45. By Tue. at noon, I called Alan, my service advisor to see what they'd found out about my car. His nonchalant answer was, "Oh, we won't know anything until later this afternoon." Hmm. Okay, so 4:00 rolls around and I call Alan again. He then informs me that they won't be able to even look at my vehicle until Wednesday. No apologies, no, "is that going to work for you?" Nothing. Now Thursday was Thanksgiving, so putting my repairs off until Wed. made me nervous, but Alan assured me my car would be 1st in. Okay. Wed. they didn't actually get around to diagnosing my car until 4 PM, so much for being 1st! At that point they quoted me a ridiculous price for work they still couldn't get to until Friday, after the holiday!! Plus, I'd asked them to check my front brakes and they had completely forgotten to do that. What?? So I went 3 1/2 days without my car, which still is not fixed, though they certainly will not be doing any further work for me. On my way out, Alan asked me if I'd like to talk to a salesman who could give me an offer on my car as a trade. Why not? Tim the salesman walks in and basically tells me my really well-maintained car is worth maybe $200 for parts!! They are insane!! It has always been taken care of, Mobil 1 oil changes all the way, and the work needed would be inexpensive for them to do. They just don't want to be bothered. I am ready to buy myself and my daughter each a new pre-owned vehicle, but I will never step foot in this dealership again. YOU LOSE, Auto Nation, big time.

great if you want to be held hostage to what ever bank they want you to use but if you bring your own financing they will give you run around and then refuse to take your money. gee I wonder what kind of kick back they get from using their lender.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing any kind of vehicle. My husband and I are newly weds. Unfortunately shortly after we tied the knot he had to deploy to Germany to serve our country. This was the first time for us to be so far apart and given the short notice we couldn't even have a honeymoon. This all was extremely difficult so I wanted to surprise him with his dream truck when he came back home. Also we are PCs soon and we needed this vehicle for our move and to stay safe in the weather conditions of CO. After a few months of doing my research I came about this dealership. Most of the dealership in the area did not take my purchase as a priority given how young I looked and how difficult the market has been lately. However with this dealership they took care of absolutely everything in the process. Due to the short inventory in the market they did not have the truck I was looking for in stock but they did everything to track it down and get it down to us. I have never experienced customer service to this extent. They worked with me in every step of the way and made everything so smooth I couldn't believe I was at a dealership. My husband was absolutely stunned when he saw the truck and how perfect it is for us. We absolutely love our new truck, we love our Ford family, and we love the memories we are going to have the chance to create with it. We are so grateful for everything they did to make this happen for us. This is our first Ford but definitely not our last! On to many adventures and family memories.

I wanted to drop a quick review of my experience here. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I sent a message through the website and received a call back within a minute!! It was Michael Amendolare. He was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to send me info on the vehicle and get me everything what I needed to make my decision. I really appreciate his professionalism and excellent attitude. While I didn't end up buying the vehicle (I did not like the dealer "market correction" they were adding on to the vehicle, I very much liked Michael and his customer service.

I submitted a credit app on Tuesday afternoon, my father drove 2 hours to the dealership to look at the vehicle at 2pm. I gave them my bank information for the down payment to run the very next day to hold the car until Sunday. Internet sales manager texted me at 8pm telling me someone was coming in the next day to look at the car. Asked if I can come in Saturday so he can run the deposit to hold for 72hrs the same day. Told him I would be there, changed my flight and not even 5minutes later, I received a call from the sales manager Scott, rudely telling me that the car is gone. They sold they car behind my back. I had the loan approval ready, deposit ready to be made. However, they don't do electronic signature so I had to wait until the following weekend, as I am out of state in Georgia. They don't care about integrity and loyalty to their customers. All they care about is the sale of their vehicles. I worked with them for 2 whole days!!! Even after no call backs from Tyler or Chris for a whole day on Wednesday until 5:30pm. Terrible customer service. Very bad business for selling the car behind my back while I was in process and willing to work with them so that I can buy the car. They don't care. I have multiple hard inquiries because of this, just to not be able to buy the car in the first place.

Scheduled a service on my F350 and was greeted upon arrival and the service tech went over what they would perform and made recommendations based on mileage and towing history. Received a 10% discount as the appointment took longer then they expected.
