I want to take this time to let you know about a fantastic employee here his name is Mike. That is the only one l put my order in with or ask questions. I have been ordering since l moved here from Maryland 3 years ago. My name is Debby Rock. He is very pleasant and always so helpful and knowledgeable all the time. My headlights were out and Erik came through! It seems like a simple task but several attempts at trying to fix it myself and even a shop that didnt address the issue. Erik helped me get the right bulbs for my vehicle, asked me my preference on lighting, and assisted me with replacing the old ones. He also made sure they were protected with bulb grease. I didn't know that was a thing! Thank you to this awesome employee and our local car part store!

A big shout out to Randy, an employee at this location. I had a flat tire and he helped me with Fix A Flat, used his own truck to pump up my tire and helped me find the nail that was in the tire. He went above and beyond service! Thank You Randy!!!

Crystal S. was professional and very helpful in changing my rear light. Aftee leaving a competitor who told me they could sell me a light but they couldn't change it for me. She went out of her way to call someone to see if the bulb that was stock was interchangeable for my car. Thanks Crystal.

Last yr I bought a battery and it's still under warranty and the store employee installed it well 2 weeks ago I had to try to put the positive battery terminal back on just to back to the store for another employee to tell me that I should have replaced the terminal bolts but it's was stripped and I saw the led from the battery on the threads but he replaced the bolt at no charge so then today comes and I had to go 3 hrs away well on the way back I stopped for gas and I then went to start the truck and it would not start so back to the battery and found the negative terminal bolt with led all over the threads so another bolt was stripped so I had to make work to get back to the store then I explained to the girl at the counter the at this point I had to fix my truck 2 times now and I just wanted a new battery so she said ok but the store will not do the install she mad me do it so I did but I wasn't very happy that I had to fix it myself but they did before so now they don't do installation of batteries anymore cause they can't figure it out or think that everyone one is a backyard mechanic if they did that to my wife this would have been a completely different review now that I bring up my wife's car they put a battery in her car and then we were getting error codes like crazy due to the installation of her battery at the same store so I brought the car back and the guy beats the battery terminal with a hammer ans screw driver to bend the terminal to fitI was hoping he would hit the battery hard enough to break the battery on my wife's favorite car and all the acid would destroy the metal or he would get splashed with acidI will not have them touch any of my cars againUpdate:So I emailed customer reviews like it asked me and then I get a response for idk who and that told me some manager would get ahold of me within 24hrs well exactly 24hrs later I get a response from some manager guy that wants me to call him to go over what happened so he can correct that issue with the store and my thoughts are why are you asking me to tell you how to do your job didn't I write enough in the reviews so now I'm not getting paid to be their mechanic cause none of them want to work and now I have a so called manager that wants me to tell him how to do his job what a joke I'm going to another auto parts store like their competitors I'm so disappointed cause I brought all my kids cars there all my work vans and my personal cars and even employees cars and trucks not anymoreUpdate: they came through and made my happy with their responses a d made good on both my vehicles so ye I will be shopping at autozoneUpdate: back to the same problem and worse my wife goes to leave for work and the car doesn't start only to find out the battery terminal came loose again to find out the last time it was butched together by another backyard mechanic that has not a clue on what he is doing they added a spacer and a felt ring to the terminal the spacer looks like a rat ate half of it and the felt ring was pushing up on the post so only half the terminal is on the post I was like who does this garbage work so I guess the real question is how many ti.es does it take to install a battery before you end up going somewhere else or get stuck somewhere and fixing it yourself when supposedly these guys are trained from what I was told I just want to know trained at whatI have been lied to and told to do it myself I have had this car back to get fixed more than 3 times I'm not going back ever at this point I'm going to the car dealership and letting them bring it back to factory specs and I'm not paying the bill autozone can after how many times I have had to go save my wife when the car doesn't start and I have to leave work after how many times I have wasted time to go back to autozone and waste my time and gas and after haveing to waste ti.e do deal with this email this person then that person and write a bad review to get the ball rolling what a joke just do it right the first ti

CRYSTAL WAS SO AWESOME AND SWEET ! She helped me change out my windshield wipers in the pouring rain with a Georgie raincoat !
