Had the opportunity to go to the Brooksville store and was completely impressed. A young girl by the name of Mercedes helped me out and was very kind and patient with me as I chose Different scents! I will definitely be making a return trip to the store!

Janet helped me upon entering the store very kind very helpful, I was indecisive as to what to even look for in the store because I wasn’t shopping for myself so she helped me find the birthday gift I was looking for and even told me about the sales they’re having during my sisters birthday week felt like perfect timing for everything and I just wanted to show my appreciation for her excellent customer service!!!

When a new season starts I like to go in and smell everything. After that I watch the sales and then order online to avoid the busy store. But every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile from a few employees. Some do not look so happy to be at work. I have never had an issue with my online orders. One name in particular that I remember being very sweet is Karen.

This store is my absolutely favorite store my husband fishes I go to BBW 🤣😂🤣 I love this store it's nice and clean and the prices are amazing I always go when they have amazing sales 💞💞...I have got so much of BBW stuff at home it's so crazy but I'm addicted 😂🤣💞

Best Place, nice management and absolutely Amazing staff, the girl over the counter sold me the last limited editions Disney Belle Plug in!!! The only one I didn’t have and she was nice enough to tell me it was available for purchase.Wow wow wow and the young man there with curly hair was so helpful. My favorite BBW Around, always clean and lots of different options in stock. Best BBW EVER, check them out!!
