COMPLETE SCAM!!
I transferred over from metro PCS family plan.
The girl who was setting up our account was having a hard time putting us on a family plan so she tells us I'll just open the phones up on separate accounts on the highest plan and than we can combine the lines back on a family plan and change the plan as well .
After calling 611 we find out that's a complete lie and you cannot put them on a family plan once there opened and she signed us up for a phone promotion so we cannot even change the plan or make it a family plan even though we came over as a family plan.
We are now paying double than what we left with metro PCS .
Now we have no choice but to leave this company go back to Metro and contact the BBB for assistance with what happened at this store .

With patience and understanding he helped walk me through everything. I personally think he went above his job parameters to get me taken care of.

I was having an issue with transferring my phone from another provider. At first I went to the store in Spring Hill and was very discouraged as the person working refused to even look at my phone. I ended up going to the Brooksville location as a last ditch effort and I'm glad that I did. Brianna spent three hours tirelessly trying to troubleshoot the issue and did not stop until the problem was resolved. She was so friendly and professional. Give this girl and raise. <3
