“Had some questions about the Black Diamond Coatings polymeric sand XL that our contractor used after installing Rona stones on our patio. Spoke to Nicole in customer service (she is awesome!!!!) and she immediately got right onto the issue. I sent pics and she showed them to their chemist (who knew they had chemists working there!) and the next day got back to me giving us some options.
The problem was not with the sand at all. Our contractor’s guy used too much water when he wet the polymeric sand. It’s solid and holding up great, it just has some clouding here and there.
Overall, great product and we would recommend it and the people who work at BDC!

“I would assume that the only thing they haul is concrete, considering the fact that it's the only thing that will go in the back door of the trucks...and I'm pretty sure that freight would be tore all to hell if you stuck it in there with it going around in circles... But they haul concrete pretty good!!!!”
