“We had a great experience from start to finish with Accent Carpet & Tile. We met with Mike back in the fall and he helped us with picking out carpeting and vinyl. We were planning on updating 6 rooms. He was prompt with coming out to our place for measurements and quick to provide the quote. We also had seen the reviews and were confident they were a great place to do business with. They were very patient with our scheduling and had to come out 3 different times to complete the job given our requirements for room preparations (painting, floor repair, moulding, etc...). I believe it was Pam that we worked with on the scheduling. We had requested Matt & Ryan for the last 2 visits and she made that happen. Matt & Ryan did all 3 visits (the last 2 per our request). They were very good at their job and were also very respectful. If we ever need to do any other flooring now or in the future we know we will call on Accent Carpet & Tile.”
