I am a Chase Private Client and was told by Michael Barranco (Vice President Investments) that if I opened up a large brokerage account, which I did, he would wave his fees. When I decided to close the account, he charged me several fees. He is a purple heart and I respect that, but I don't respect being lied and cheated to.

I opened a checking account and wanted to add my wife to the account. The rep tells me I have to schedule an appt and she was booked the rest of the day. Come back tomorrow if I schedule an appt. This is the closest facility to where I live at almost an hour drive. Unacceptable. You handle my social security and retirement benefits, no more. I am closing my account. I expect better service with a sense of urgency.

Had a problem with my account being locked by anti fraud department, had to jump through flaming hoops to get the lock taken off. The representative I dealt with named Lisa was absolutely amazing. Made a tedious aggravating process very easy and understandable.
