Drive thru pharmacy employee is a complete toad. Ignorant at best. Try them out if you want a free carnival side show geek act to handle your scripts. Its probadly not her natural character, blame the toxic corporate for pushing them to such an unpleasant state with peanuts for pay... Wish there was a good independent pharmacy around town.

The store itself is fine. The pharmacy is pretty terrible. One of the older ladies that works there has a disgusting attitude. They don't call, text, or email when anything is ready - even when they reassure you they will. They are bad at filling prescriptions, give inaccurate information and they don't do their part calling providers because they just want to get you off the phone or out of the store.Highly don't recommend.Just spare yourself the frustration and take the extra drive to go to a different CVS Pharmacy.

Someone needs an attitude adjustment. ?I was respectful and she was annoyed to be on the phone , no longer than a minute. Horrible customer service

Today I ordered my prescriptions for pick up. I had prepaid before walking into the store, and I had my email in hand. The email stated to come to the front checkout to pick up. When I went to the front register he didn't have them, so I went to the back pharmacy counter. The pharmacy desk gave me the deer in headlights, bc she also could not find them. I confirmed name and birthdate. After a few minutes she found both of them. Then I asked to order some Covid tests, since the insurance coverage for them is coming to an end in two weeks. I was told 15 min wait. After about 10min a woman asked me my name and then I heard them saying I don't fill it unless it's yellow from the back. So more waiting I guess, since someone didn't mark me as waiting.Disappointed with this pharmacy because it seems most of the time when I show up in person they have to shuffle through boxes to find my order. I'll order for shipment next time, since they seem to have trouble with in person pick up.

Called this morning to schedule a Covid booster. I hung up after 20 minutes and 4 seconds on hold with no one ever coming on the line to say \\\"sorry, we're busy but someone will help you soon\\\" just an endless series of bad songs from the 80s via a badly tuned station! I'm so glad I wasn't calling because my child had injested a pill I needed to identify or find out the side effects from!

The absolute worst experience that I have ever had at any business let alone a pharmacy... They were yelling her medication names and her name across the pharmacy and when we said something they acted like we were in the wrong for saying something, I'm no HIPPA expert but I feel like this is a violation but what do I know

This pharmacy and corporate office are a joke. I called to complain about how I was treated to corporate office and asked that I get a call back regarding my complaint. The lady from corporate said that no one would be calling me back......???? i can't believe how customer service is not even acknowledged in this world today. I will never use CVS again.

Be very careful using this CVS and I'm sure all of them are doing it. I've never had a problem before or at least I'm not sure because I never paid close attention before.When it comes to using there's and any coupons because someone has set it up to rip use off of our money.I went in on 1-10-22 & 1-17-22 with a store coupon of 40% off of any item not on sale up to $99. I still have all the prof here at my house. The item I got was for Crest toothpaste twin pack for $7.29 that was not on sale & was using one of there 40% off coupon. The register said I would save $2.92 but at the end I only got $2.12 off. So instead of getting the 40% off I got a hair over 29% off. So not only did the system take back $.80 they even taxed me on the $.80. When I brought it to the managers attention on 1-17-22 they fixed the problem for that one but did nothing about the money I lost on 1-10-22.I even reached out to the customer service and the main office and was giving the complete run around & still nothing was done about it & as far as I'm concerned this is how the store is committing theft by dissipation of our money. After trying to work with CVS to fix this & them not caring, I'm warning everyone about this & will be contacting the BBB because the store don't care about us just our money. I truly believe this is the only way this problem will be fixed.This is not the only store doing this & it also happened to me at Walgreens.I will right a review about them as well, So Everyone should keep a look out not only for these stores but all. I'm sure this in not a computer glitch and this is how they can take advantage of our hard earned money.

We were very impressed and grateful for the excellent customer service by Carl at the photo counter. He skillfully edited and enhanced a family photo into a top rate image. Carl knows his craft very well. This is what professionalism looks like. Way to go!
