Pharmacy closes at 8pm, not what the hours show on Google. Pharmacy staff are always rude.

Call and I had the phone on mute because the automated system wanted to play 20 questions before I could talk to someone. Finally someone answered and gave me all of 1 second to respond before hanging up the phone. App doesn't work, can't see any of my prescriptions. Now I've been waiting on hold for a while. I'm over it.

If you want terrible service at the pharmacy this is your place. Rude, no communication, mess up prescriptions etc. I don't recommend going to this CVS at all.

Store overall is decent, well stocked and clean with friendly staff at front counter that greet you upon entering/exit. The pharmacy, however, is on another level with how bad it actually is. If you like being belittled and passively harassed by an older woman who should have retired back in '62 by the name of "Patty" then this is the place for you.Not only will they generally do a horrible job of filling prescriptions, but will somehow "choose" to ignore Rx information and when transferring to another location "choose" to redo the RX how they see fit. Have a 90 day supply of a medication with 3 refills, think again, it's now 30 day supply, no refills. They pick and choose to the point of exhaustion.There are maybe two in the back that are decent, on the ball, and friendlier, but for the one they keep slithering along the counter like a rattlesnake looking for prey, the whole experience is horrible. First, I don't need the attitude when I come in for an appointment for a shot, second I certainly do not need your personal opinion on whether I need it or not based on your own preferences. When you go back to college and become a MD, let me know otherwise do your job and shut up. I also don't need the sneer and nasty demeanor because you can't hear me or be bothered to look at my DL that I handed you. I'm not speaking French and doing an interpretive dance, I'm telling you my last name which is clearly printed on the DL two inches from your ancient iguana looking hands."Patty" will do her best to treat you like you farted in her face and will go along with the nothing but "gum on her shoe" charade the entire time, not once, but three times feigning ignorance at the computer just to ensure you're ready to walk because she would rather you leave the store than bother her with anything relating to customer service/care/or common courtesy. She's as approachable as a honey badger, as kind and caring as a tornado, and decided the second you approached the counter that you were beneath her and she couldn't care less. Giving gingers around the globe a bad rap, this one is sure to please if you're into psychologically traumatizing customer service with a side of cyanide.Beware, refuse service from her, move to another location. Honestly, switch. Go anywhere else, get treated better. Pharmacies are a dime a dozen, choose one that treats you like a human being not an annoyance. They should do better, they should. Corporate should be notified too because bottom line is, she's hateful, rude, unable to effectively do her job and costing the store in the long run.Coming from a country-like city and being a native of Brooksville/Florida my entire life, it's very disheartening to be treated by such a bitter resentment-filled person who continues to be employed in a field that is nearly 95% customer service.

There is literally always an issue here with my kids' prescriptions and my own. They never fax like they're supposed to or take care of their end of things. When you call you're met with the same snarky old lady with a bad attitude. I really do hate this pharmacy.

I had an excellent experience at the CVS pharmacy this afternoon! Tina and Julie were extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I'm so glad my family switched to CVS!

Pharmacist hung up phone twice while talking. First time I was introducing myself asking if she would help and just hung the phone up. Second time I was asking for advice and was told she’s just a tech and hung up the phone. Management needs to fire her.

The store itself is fine. The pharmacy is pretty terrible. One of the older ladies that works there has a disgusting attitude. They don’t call, text, or email when anything is ready - even when they reassure you they will. They are bad at filling prescriptions, give inaccurate information and they don’t do their part calling providers because they just want to get you off the phone or out of the store.Highly don’t recommend.Just spare yourself the frustration and take the extra drive to go to a different CVS Pharmacy.

Good place for a quick-trip....also use the pharmacy.
