Never in my life have I been so embarrassed and offended dealing with a store manager(s).... I'm doing holiday shopping with my daughter and noticed on my bank app that I was charged twice. You would think this would be a simple fix due to a honest mistake by either the cashier or technology on their end but of course not!! Instead I had to have a heated argument with four different employees/managers with them refusing to give a refund even though I showed them their mistake on my bank app. One employee even had the nerve to have me log in and out of my bank account in front of my daughter and the other shoppers. Made me feel like I was trying to commit fraud over a $100+ overcharge. Any other company would have refunded me upon providing proof of my bank account showing that I was charged twice. Never in my life have I dealt with such embarrassment. And my honest opinion I think one of the employees is stealing and taking the money out of the cash funds at the end of the night. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a manager themselves in my opinion.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Emily charged my husband incorrectly for a sale item. He gets refunded for the mistakr and then leaves. As he's leaving he gets a notification that his card has been charged twice for the same transaction. He proceeds to go back inside to get it fixed. Then the manager Julia algire treats him like a criminal for getting charged twice by Emily. Now for a $102 purchase and a $25 refund. He gets another charge for a 102$. Do not support this company. Now we have to wait for the bank to dispute the charge. This is absolutely ridiculous and not OK. He was treated like a criminal or a scammer in front of the whole store. With my 11 year old next to him. Do not recommend this location at all!!! It's the holidays!!! And we just wanted to get my kid a few things. Which has now costed me 204$ for a purchase of 102$

Stop in to buy work shoes and was greeted by a friendly and smiling sales team member named Millie. She helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for work. She made my day. Thank you.I can only hope that everywhere I go to, there's a salesperson like Millie.

Was verbally harassed by someone who claims to be the manager. She ended up harassing my friend because he simply was walking around with us looking at products and he asked about a size. She told him that if he had been looking around seriously, then he would have seen the right product. If this is how they choose their management, then I’m disappointed in society.

The Manager (Young brunette) verbally harrassed at my friend for asking about a pair of white Nike shorts. She then also verbally harassed a separate friend for mistaking a fitting room assist button for a light switch for said fitting room. She was very rude and did not even attempt to assist us in anyway. I wanted to put in an application at this location but after seeing what my future manager would be like. I will save my time and find a different job. Employees live up to the company name.

Went into the store today to start on my workout journey and was immediately greeted by all staff that I passed. Spoke with Mark in the workout section and he went over all of my options for workout equipment and expertly informed me on what would best to help me through my journey. Mark was amazing and if you need any sports equipment come here!!

Excellent customer service! Ordered online for store pickup. I waited less than two minutes once parked for my order. They placed it in my trunk, and I was good to go. Super easy and fast.

We purchased Under Armor Slipspeeds shoes which has a 30 day return and my son took them back to exchange because of defect and was refused an exchange. The young woman behind the counter showed no customer service and extremely rude. Very disappointed with Dick’s. Have never had to return anything before and this experience makes me think twice about ever spending our money here.

They redesigned the shoe department where they removed the shoe boxes but I guess they don’t want to sell shoes? One girl was working in shoes but got tired of waiting and walked out. $135 pair of Nike shoes I guess I will purchase somewhere else. It’s a shame because I wanted to by them here but if they don’t want to sell them what can I do???

The manager was very unprofessional. She literally yelled/shouted out to the customers in the store about closing time and needing to get out in 4 minutes or lights will turn off on everyone. I guess an announcement over the speaker was not part of her training nor was how to speak with customers/families. Her staff seemed to follow suit in her footsteps with being short with paying customers. Staff were slow to help in the shoe department and we’re unapproachable. Worst experience. Heather should NOT be a manager based on that behavior. Unacceptable.

I have to dedicate this five star review to this most amazing worker Jeff.It is so nice to know that there are knowledgeable people out there, who know how to do their job, and this gentleman is so knowledgeable of what he is doing.I walked in confused about baseball and I left with knowledge and confidence. As a caretaker learning about baseball has given me such confidence and I’m super happy to know know what I’m doing. Because Jeff has explain to me thoroughly. What do you need and what will happen with this sport.I have my brother starting with Dixie league and I was confused not anymore. Thank you Jeff for pinpointing and helping us out guiding us of what we need. I’ll definitely come back for the rest of the stuff that I need but I appreciate you helping my brother teaching him how to put his helmet lol.Giving us baseball tips. Taking the time to explain and informing us about travel ball so many possibilities for my brother. As a family we appreciate everything you told us!

Amazing service today from everyone there. Ethan checked us out, manager was a great help as well. She assisted in loading our kayaks and also showed me some roof racks to buy for them. Great service all around. Thanks team!!
