I’ve been to Many express oil locations, but this one in particular should be the standard that other shops should follow. Between oil/Mechanics all the way down to the customer service rep has exceedingly and consistently provided a top-notch quality service. Overall, hands-down five star experience every time. Even after I had brought them oversized tires late in the afternoon for them to install and had ran into issues doing so Sam, Ian, and Greyson still provided exceptional service all the way closing time. These guys were the most professional, friendly and caring group of mechanics I have ever experienced. So if you want to have the best 5 star experience when it comes to automotive this is the place for you!

Fantastic service—professional, clean, and fast. Never thought I’d actually feel good about an oil change! It’s a longer drive for me, but absolutely worth it. Great job, guys! This is my new go-to spot.

I love this place. They’re always so friendly and efficient. I won’t go anywhere else for oil changes or tires. Just flat out great people with great business practices.

If you don't mind taking it back over and over. Then I was told I needed to work 2 or 3 jobs so I didn't have to drive such an old and obselete vehicle.. a 98 Isuzu rodeo.. because they weren't able to fix it after several attempts.
They wouldn't honor their labor costs because it was 12 months 12000 miles, so $585 into my brakes and still not right.
I asked for one of them to drive it to my house and be sure, imagine this, they were short handed that day!! However, they left me drive off in a vehicle after I let him see it was the same and he said the hissing means the booster IS working!!???!!
Rosa said they'd put another part on give me back my $ 202 and for me to find a mechanic that can do better!!!
I got a vehicle that has the same issue and her insulting me as she was acting like she was apologizing.
I'm not getting into but half the insults I took, but she's NOT the person she is to your face. It's sad and ridiculous, not at all acceptable by any means.
I will NEVER go back there and I assure you, if you're disabled and/or have an older vehicle, she's NOT liking you and doesn't want your old obsolete vehicle in her shop. The way I got talked to and treated, I will never dart their shop doors again nor will I not let people know about it.
There's too many places to go and they don't want my money anyway.
That being said, you choose.
And yes, I have to spend more money on another part and mechanic so I can have my brakes working right AGAIN.
I'm ok with that though, I know this guy will do it and get it right, and fix it again no charge until the part is good.
And he's nowhere near their price.
Good luck if you go there, it's a shame, they were great before they started this whole full service shop. They should have stuck to changing oil.

Always take my vehicles for an oil change an tire rotation. Super nice technicians an service people. All very informational an polite. Sam helped me today was super kind an told me about all the little things I skip over. Wouldn't recommend any other place quick easy an cheap !

Mrs. Rosa and the staff are amazing. They do an amazing job and really care about their customers. Mrs. Rosa even called to follow up with me about my vehicle. Its the only place I take my cars for oil changes.

I LOVE this place. I have been going here for about 4 years for oil changes. They also did great doing maintenance on my Scion tc when I had it. I took my truck to RDI Power for repairs and they charge a ton of money ($300+ just to run the computer for codes), I asked if Express Oil Change could do it and they did. They can't do the more advanced repairs for diesel's but they can run diagnostics and get you information on the problem. This is the only place I trust to get routine maintenance on a vehicle. They go above and beyond, they are open early on Saturdays, and they don't take advantage of you/ your wallet like other local repair shops.

This place is honest and fair just like I was told... Went in for a front end alignment and oil change I was told I didn't need the front end alignment they could have charged me for it and did it but it was no need I call that a win

These people always greet me with a smile. They’re very friendly. And they’re very knowledgeable. They’re very professional. They always help with the issue at hand whether it’s an oil change, A tire change, Engine, or suspension issue. They helped me with all of these things. I had the opportunity to visit them today. As well as another mechanic in town. The people at Express Oil were as always professional and polite and helpful and understanding of my need in my problem. The other place in town not so much and I won’t name them. I believe in giving positive reviews. These people are awesome. You will not be disappointed if you go there.

This is the very best place to take your vehicle. Everyone
Is very kind and friendly and professional. They have the cleanest facility. I really like the decor. The waiting room has a tv and a very clean Bathroom. They even put decor out in the bays where you get your oil change. Also I had to leave my car there, and they gave me a ride home AND picked me up the next day without any charge. Then when my car was ready, which was only about twenty feet away , they drove it up to Me And put the air on to make sure it was cool for me. This place is family owned and they do show that they care about the customer and each other. They have reasonable prices too.

Absolutely amazing employees here!
Our family had a tire issue while on vacation. The wonderful people who work here went above and beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road with some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

Service is always fast, friendly, and clean.
I have been taking my vehicles there for years and have never had a problem.
I have experienced break downs and have gotten estimates from numerous places and Express oil change has consistently told me the truth and explained why the repairs suggested by other shops are not necessary.
Highly recommended business.
