This site location’s staff is awesome, always friendly and always ready to help. My wife and I have had 2 units since February and we finally closed on our house and moved in, and they have always been accommodating. Would definitely recommend this location!

Jessica and John were both super helpful and thorough with helping me understand the entire process of renting a storage unit as this is my first time needing one. This included everything from pricing, storage space needed, and any information included with billing or property rules. In addition, not only was the business aspect superior, but the customer service went the extra mile with superior empathy due to Hurricane Milton. Many individuals were affected with flooding and although I was not affected, both Jessica and John were conscientious about asking if I was affected. I would not choose anywhere else for my storage needs in the area!

Monthly rental price doubled in cost in less than a 1 1/2 yrs. As I was moving out a lady who was moving into a unit (same size as my unit) shared that she was renting her unit for $100. I was paying $465. I cannot believe a company would price gouge a customer who pays on time. Just horrible.
