I bought a 2022 Prius in February 2024. He won and only place that has ever done any true service on my car as far as now I trust them and I feel that the prices I am charged or more than reasonable and the time it takes to do the repair has been fantastic. They explain everything to me the answer every question I may have and they are very friendly and professional

Went to this Firestone shop early Sun morning, needed 2 tires mounted & balanced, Ronnie told me it would be about an hour. They called me back 45 mins later, tires were ready for pick up. That's what I call service.

So my husband and I originally took our Lexus to Christian brothers to get an alignment and they wouldn’t do it but the steering wheel was CLEARLY tilted to the right. So we brought it to this Firestone shop and the guys here went above and beyond! Nick, the service manager was awesome and super friendly and helpful. We actually have to bring it in again for more work and we will only be there when Nick is there! Great team of guys!! Highly recommend.

I came in with a battery/electrical/wiring issue and they had me back on the road in no time.I'm terrible with names but the young and very thin gentlemen at the desk was very kind and optimistic and had a nice smile. All of the staff are young and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Very reasonably priced.

I was out of town and did not have an appointment but they still fit me in. I was very appreciative as I needed to get back home. Service was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great crew. I asked last minute with just 3 hours till closing and they were kind enough to let me come in for a tire rotation. Didn’t try and upsell anything, and were super kind and cool guys. Professional but still relatable and cool people who will get the work you need done at a fair price.

Great work. Great people. My Toyota with 200,000 miles runs great. And their credit card has 0 interest. Thank you! Hunter explained the issues and made recommendations. My car was serviced and out the door in a timely fashion. Harvey Firestone's quote about honesty is on the wall, and these guys implement that value in the work they do. I trust them! They do good work, at a fair price, always make me feel like a valued customer, and the credit card allows me to get the service I need. Thank you!

On my 2006 F-150 I only put Firestone tires on it and only take it to this location. Countless times the trained staff has pointed out other problems and never push me to do the work here because I do a lot myself. They always give me tips and tricks. Only 5 stars for this team.

Firestone is the only place I take my vehicles for services. They are very good. The staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Firestone for a complete car care service.
