Despite numerous self checkouts available, one young lady allowed a line to form because she felt the need to personally scan each item. I understand wanting to deter theft but if you don’t want people scanning their own items, hire additional cashiers
Another issue is the fact that the store is called “Five Below” but I was seeing dollar store quality items being sold for as much as &10 or more.

Nice enough store but they often want you to scan your own merchandise instead of paying employees to do the work. And their prices used to be five and below hence the name and now there's many things that are over five. That's more of a reflection of the corporate policies than the individual store but it's still frustrating to go in and Have to deal with these issues.

New products all the time. Stop in once a monthly to see if anything I can use great place for quick games and crafts for the grandkids.

They never have an even number of tops and bottoms for their sets but the store is clean, and big. The employees couldn't care less about your existence but not bad overall.

Lots of fun stuff to buy here. Some really good prices and some overpriced. I was really surprised that a bunch of candy was more expensive than Walmart which is practically next door.
