I would highly recommend Goodyear (store # 2485) in Brooksville, Florida! Don is an excellent team leader & Ashlie, Asst. Manager, both provide exceptional customer service! Which as you know, is a thing of the past these days! They got me right in for service which was amazing too. I was very happy with the services I received & the price was fair. I purchased new tires, alignment & had my A/C replaced.The A/C technician had a great sense of humor. I have been a Goodyear customer in NY since 1991 & I’m proud to say I consider Goodyear in Brooksville to now be part of the Family!

I stopped by to get a price on an alignment and was told $139. I explained to the manager, every where I called was $119 and I asked him would he do a price match? While my back was turned the manager lied and told his employee that I asked to have an alignment done for $100 & that I could take my car somewhere else. -I’m not sure why he lied because no where in the county does an alignment for $100. The manager, was nice nasty & just didn’t want to service me. I should be treated with the same dignity & respect that he expects.

I bought tires originally they didn’t tell me they added protection plan so they charge me more without telling me. then when I went to get one of the tires repaired seem a little upset and he charged me even though it says free repair. He charged me for their protection plan again, even though it says nothing on there about having to buy the protection plan again

Absolutely horrible, had gotten new tir
es there and was in need of a replacement due to a nail. When I arrived I provided the invoice with the warranty that clearly stated FREE replacement “ gave it to the guy at the counter he said”ok it’ll be about an hour and a half and handed me back my warranty. Finally when it was done there was a surprise charge that was never ever mentioned and when I questioned it the guy completely ignored me no answer nothing just said yes this is the charge for your free replacement…..

If I could give 10 stars I would! Top notch service prices, and honesty. When you have an old car and they tell you,and SHOW you, only one thing wrong with it, and the price and service is great! I will definitely come back! Big thanks to the management and technicians!!!

Called ahead after a horrible experience at another shop to get a set of new tires, didn't expect much and had very low expectations anything could be done until end of week. They managed to squeeze me in for today 3/5 which was a blessing after all the stress and run around someplace else.
Between Ashli at the front desk going over questions/answers truthfully and providing us with professional service, the clean lobby with ample seating unlike the two broken chairs a handful of us fought over at another place, and Dean (based on tech name on invoice) who went above and beyond to get us back on the road with new tires, this location can not be beat. Such a breath of fresh air to come into contact with auto care service men and women who are on the ball, care about their work, and keep you informed from the get go.
Kudos to the crew at the Brooksville location and thank you for the awesome and timely service. You made an old guy's week and got me back on the road in no time. If you're in the market for car work such as tires, oil changes, and a host of other issues, this location comes highly recommended. A+

Rude as hell, called for pricing and they get mad they have to find your rate and if you dont make an appointment after pricing they just hangup on you

I want to thank the team at Goodyear this morning. We had a nasty blowout on my RV while evacuating Hurricane Milton and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I wound up having to replace all tires for safety concerns and they had me out the door faster than I could finish my coffee from the restaurant next door (definitely eat there!!!).
Thank you for showing me what exemplary customer service is. I am forever grateful!!!
