I went in to buy a car scanner picked out the one I wanted brought the card up to register and they were out of stock .why keep the cards to buy on the shelf if you don't have it in stocks what a waste of my time

I absolutely love harbor freight and this one is no exception it has everything is possibly need and the people know exactly where everything is in the store it's pretty impressive

The employees could be more helpful. Or offer to get someone to help or answer questions. I have been there 4 times and every time I got the same feeling, that the employees simply don't care about customer service. None of them were outright rude but none went out of their way to help.

The store itself was nice but the staff were not very helpful, and the cashier was kind of standoffish. This would be for no actual reason because I treat everyone with respect, yet I felt some kind of strange tension coming from the cashier, and I'm at a loss for any reason, so I suspect it's the way the store is run.
