Jennifer was great. We had been going through a battle with the irs for 2 yrs and she took great care of us. Jennifer always kept us in the loop on every phone call she made and never gave up trying to get our situation resolved which she did. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else but her to help us. I would give Jennifer 10 stars if I was able to. Only because of her is why I would go back there again to use the service. Thanks Jennifer for all your hard work and for taking care of us. It means the world to my family and I.

Jennifer provides excellent service and advice combined with an extraordinary level of customer service. I am a chronic procrastinator when it comes to taxes. Every year I file an extension and then wait until the last minute to get things done. This year was the worst. My taxes are somewhat complex requiring the completion of 17 different IRS forms. I thought I could do this myself using prior year's filing as a guide - boy was I wrong. So I gave up at around 3PM on the filing date and called Jennifer. She immediately said if I sent her the supporting documents she would complete the filing that day and avoid late fee charges. She finished the work at 10:30 PM, we filed before the deadline and my taxes owed were $9,000 less than what I had estimated and she seemed genuinely pleased to have helped. I was blown away with her tax competency and service.

JENNIFER IS THE BEST ; i had a problem i was facing for years procrastinated i went to Jackson Hewitt she took a couple months & solved it she so professional , quick , VERY PATIENT i personally choose to go to mrs Jennifer when i need make appointment with Jackson Hewitt , the other employees are nice but theirs no one like Jennifer ❤️ again thank you ms Jennifer for you’re time an fixing my problem YOU THE BEST !

Jennifer was amazing five star is not enough. I give her 100 stars. This lady went above and beyond to help me out. I’ve been dealing with my issue for a good 6 to 7 months now and Jennifer was the only one that took time to help and she did everything over the phone. I did not have to go into the office. I will definitely be going to her to get my taxes done for now on. Jennifer we need more employees like you all around. Thank you!

Jennifer was a saint! I had a tax dilemma that I was dealing with that needed immediate attention, and she saw me the same day and was able to get a solution for me! She worked miracles for me when everyone else was telling me they couldn’t see me until next week. Very caring about her career and her clients.

I can't begin to explain the gratitude I have for Ms. Jennifer the office manager! IRS has been horrible to me the last two years. Ms. Jennifer has helped me through this process since day one! She has explained everything to me where I can understand and possibly avoid this issue in the future! She's always available year round and this has been a blessing to me!
