“Erica was so patient with us and an absolute delight. I came back in August to have an idea of wedding bands by myself and she found the right one. She was so understanding why I couldn’t buy back then. Today I came in with my fiancé to get our wedding bands & it was even more of an amazing experience than the one prior. We paid almost all in cash and she didn’t even care on how long it was going to take to count it all. Truly would recommend Erica, she always had a smile during the entire interaction.
Update: The store manager Jonathan did our resizing and they came back better than when we first got them. My husband had designs on his ring and you can’t even tell that the ring was adjusted. Would always recommend Kay Jewelers in Brooksville.”
