“I left the Laundromat late yesterday afternoon and being so hot no AC in my truck I let it wait till later to bring in. That's when I realized I am missing quite a bit. Since some were fairly new I was upset plus I'm a caregiver for my uncle some laundry was his. It's hard to leave the house so laundry day is an event about three months times three people. Imagine my relief this morning when I went there and he said oh yes you did leave two washers that never made it to the dryer. I couldn't thank him enough and he carries the bags to my car they were heavy and one night I was pushing it time wise and the woman that comes and closes up helped me fold (even if it was to get me out so she could leave I understand) she also could've.said closing fold it at home and if I was thinking I would've. I know what it's like to want to go home at the end of the day she has more than one job too I think. I get it . Thanks for holding my laundry ....signed Grateful”

“Jessica with Pronto Cleaners went above and beyond for me today! My Bachelorette weekend starts tomorrow, which I bought a specific dress for and dropped it off to be cleaned earlier this week. After arriving home today and realizing I forgot to pick it up the tears came. My fiance called the Brooksville store and Jessica answered after her day she drove to Inverness to meet us at the store here and give me my dress. I am forever grateful for her kind heart and customer service!”
