Rachel is amazing. She worked out some shoulder/ neck issues I was having. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I have visited several ME locations and this is a good one!

I was sick the day of my appointment and called to let them know. They advised me if I canceled the same day even due to illness that I would be charged half mr service fee. I did not feel it was right in this situation that I would be charged the penalty being ill so therefore was forced to still go to my appointment. They would not allow me to switch days until I was better to protect their staff and other clients. Shame on Massage Envy putting everyone at risk of illness by charging fees even when customers like me are willing to provide a physician note to prove the illness. This is wrong!!! No consideration to your staff nor other clients. Money hungry business with no care to your clients. I sprayed the bed with lysol. But bad on their part. A business such as them should be more considerate.Especially considering I had a doctor's note. I was trying to protect not only their employees but also other customers that come into the establishment. I took every precaution that I could take, but they should not threaten to charge me.Half of the whole bill.If I was to stay home. Shame. You should not be forcing people that are ill to come into your establishment

I had Excellent service at the Massage Envy in Brooksville. I had an Absolutely great therapist for a deep tissue massage and the office staff and management was very professional and knowledgeable. Terrific experience 👍

I previously had a review about difficulty in getting appointments but I realized that 60 minute massages are easier to book. Also, the branch manager is very approachable and excellent at addressing comments and issues. She booked me 90 minute sessions with therapists she thought I’d like and her recommendations were on point!

The Ocala location was closed for repairs and as a result, I drove to Brooksville for a 60 min massage with Michael on 5/17/25. Even though I answered all the questions prior to the session and pointed out my scoliosis and arthritis he did not maintain the medium pressure I had asked for at all. And all throughout the entire session I had to continuously pause and ask him to please apply more pressure because I could not feel a thing. When I asked him to do that, he would go to the extreme and apply deep pressure, which wound up hurting me so bad that I am now taking steroids for the back pain I have had since that day. I'm 69 now and I have been having massages since I was 21, but I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and disregard for the customer.

First time here, the front staff and massage therapist were all very friendly and professional. Michael is great at light to medium massages.

Love this place! The friendly girls up front know me and my routine. They’ve got me checked in before I get through the door. My massage therapist, Ty, is a true professional and knows exactly how to ease my tension far away! Even fell asleep, not something I wanted to do but it’s THAT good 😊 Definitely recommend!!

I recently moved from another area and needed a 'home' Massage Envy. I found this location which is situated nicely in that I can easily run other errands before/after my massage.
My first visit I had extra credits on my account and they recommended additional services to my regular 90 minute massage. I added a cleansing facial, which I was a little nervous about because I really didn't know what to expect since it was my first time. They were able to schedule these service back to back so it was convenient. Lianet was great in working out my tension knots during my 90 minutes massage, and Tricia provided a comfortable experience for the cleansing facial. I left completely refreshed and full of energy.
Overall it was a great experience and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location.

Mikey is AMAZING! With my back and hip issues he makes miracles happen! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend him and the front staff is always very nice and makes you feel welcome!
