I just shopped at store 19390 Cortez Blvd, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34601. I picked flowers to use my Salsa Anniversary bouquet perk. At checkout I was told it was wrong flowers I picked. The associate went back with me to exchange the bouquet and there were only two left in very poor shape. The manager Joshua was at the register and told me sorry, I have to come back when the store has more. The difference between the price was less than $3. I explained I do not live next to Publix and made special trip. I live in Ridge Manor. All Publix stores are far from me. This was a negative experience for me. I cannot believe the manager would not honor the difference in price and I have to come back to get the flowers. This makes me not to shop at Publix. Very negative experience.

Hands down the best Publix the county. I drive past two Publix stores to go here. Always friendly deli staff, well stocked store, a butcher who actually knows what he's doing, cashiers are great and never rude or distant.
The two Publix stores I pass by are always out of stock of something basic I go in to get, the staff are rude, distant, mostly from northern states, with staff members who can't stop telling you about how great New York or New Jersey is compared to Florida, but give you nasty looks when you politely ask them why not move back if its so horrible here? (Typical)
Not this location though, I gladly drive the extra miles for the customer service, plus the produce at this location is second to none. If you're not happy with your current grocery store, try this one.

This has got to be the worse Publix I have ever been to. Wide selection of rotten fruit. The bread is so hard every time I come here that it makes me wanna snatch it off the shelf for four dollars a loaf. It’s hard to say this, but the Publix is worse than Winn-Dixie at that store. 00 stars.

5th time no fried chicken at 630pm. But plenty of wings. Makes no sense people want the family meal deal for dinner not 11 boxes of chicken wings. Also tired of beggars asking for money every time I walk up to store. Poor mgmt

Huge disappointment, produce department and ordering for products never received a call if they can get it or not employees saying the same thing over and over we don’t carry those item's which I purchase every week and You do carry. Sad and pathetic how publix has gone down hill . Being a Floridian it’s sad but it all depends on the Store manager and grocery store managers. Even with the new Residents to Florida there is no excuse. Poor customer service here in Brooksville Square

The level of competence nowadays is utterly ridiculous. People have the audacity to want $20+/hour but can’t put together a simple sandwich. Your deli is beginning to slack at numerous locations. Guess the only sandwich joint left to eat at is Firehouse subs where it’s never incorrect and always a hot sandwich
