They allowed people to make appointments online without informing them that it is under renovation. We had to go to the other quest and wait a long time despite having a reservation.

My doctor ordered an A1C test and Quest didn't even run the test. Out of all the ones they did, that is the most important one we needed. Not good service.

Customer service here is excellent. I had an issue come up and they easily changed my appointment to next day. I didn't even feel the blood draw.

I had 3 Doctors requesting Bloodwork, I choose to have it all done at Quest because of the Quality of their Technicians. The Doctors Blood drawers take 2 sometimes 3 tries to get a vein. Quest is consistent and gets me te first time every time.

Each time I have went to the location on Nightwalker the staff has been nothing short of AWESOME!! Thank you all for what you do and how on point you all are! Short wait times, always on the first poke lol overall pleasant experience considering its a lab.

Making an appointment made this ordeal very fast and smooth. I walked in and 4 people were on the screen. Right after I checked in I basically waited about 2 minutes and was quickly called back. I've been known to be difficult to find the vein, especially while fasting, and my nurse did fantastic! One try easy peasy. Probably the most simple and smooth lab tests i've ever had! With an appointment;)

I was very appreciative of the kindness shown to me by the phlebotomist yesterday. I explained that my platelets are low, and so I bruise easily and badly, and I frequently have to get blood drawn at a cancer center, but they use butterfly needles, which don’t cause as much bruising. Well the phlebotomist at Quest kindly suggested a needle even smaller than the butterfly needle, and she used that, and today I have virtually no bruising from the blood drawn. I appreciate that kind of service more than words can really express!

EVERY visit is pleasant and professional. Convenient location and easy parking. My last 2 visits had ZERO wait time -- I mean literally less than 60 seconds. The technicians are THE BEST and the pain or discomfort is minimal.
