I walked in at 6 in the morning without appointment, I checked in at the kiosk and at 7:20 I was already outside. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Kim was amazing, wonderful service overall.

The two women that attended me today were very rude and Ill mannered. I’m trying to tell them basic information about me and they have snarky attitudes. The lady that drew my blood gave no warning just stuck me and was trying to get everything done in a hurry so they can leave for the day. The entire process was rushed. Not coming here again

Made appoint on-line, checked in via mobile, walked in 5 minutes before my appointment, there were about 20 people in waiting room, but I was called exactly at appointment time. In and out in less than 15 minutes. The on-line appointment scheduler is great.

I was able to check in via a link which was texted...extremely convenient. Upon arriving I sat in the waiting room a minute at the most before I was taken for my appointment. The employee who took my blood sample was extremely efficient with the computer work and taking the sample. I was literally in and out in less than ten minutes....less than seven minutes.

I feel like there should be another local location as appts can be hard to make sometimes with the client flow. Otherwise, I never have a bad experience when I am at an appt at the Cortez location in Brooksville. Making an appt ahead of time is important if you don't want to wait all day though.

It’s better to make an appointment than to just walk in. Checked in on my phone and was quickly called back. The office was clean, staff was professional and kind, testing was fast.

Quest is my favorite place to go for bloodworm. It's always in and out. And they always get blood on the first try. I also love that I can get my results too.
