Horrible customer service and they tie your checks up for over a week giving false dates that it will be cleared and holding the check much longer. Stay far away from Regions bank.

I deposited money in their ATM. The ATM ate my money. I filled a claim they gave me the 200. Now they are telling me it did not eat my money and are taking money from my account. Screw this place and their customer service.Fund a better bank like a credit union or local bank.

Absolute worst bank in the area. Everybody who works here is so rude and unprofessional and act like they are mad at you for wanting them to do their job. I’ve had nothing but problems with this bank and the people that work here.

In line right at 459 pm and closed signs were already on in drive thru. Very sad, I am having to pay late fees due to a place with posted hours closing early gee thanks regions.

Worst bank I’ve been to, the lady that attendedMe didn’t even say hello and she refused to put in a check after insisting I tell her where the check is from. Thank goodness this isn’t the location for the regions I go to. Super rude lady, I had to leave to another regions which provided better service.

The staff here are always friendly and courteous. Been using this particular branch for years and have always had very pleasant experience and the wait times are always fast. This feels like one of the few banks I go to that properly staff so there isn't a line to the door.

I went to REGION BANK I am done with them the MANGER and the 2 girls in the front lobby did not help me and they said they was putting in claims and no claims was filed on my credit card nor my checing and saveing account and someone stole my purse I been reaching out to REGION BANK scence last year I'm am very upset and I always thought very highly of them

I had a checking account with regions. And I just recently switched to Bank of America. So today 12-05-17 I came to this regions bank on the corner of SR50 & 41 to close my checking account. I was assisted by a young, Caucasian, tall, brown haired woman. I wish I could’ve gotten her name! I explained to her that I was closing my checking account. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional this regions employee was. When she took me to the teller to deposit the remaining funds, she was very sarcastically loud and rude. I was really appaled! I came into this office with the intention of speaking to someone who can do their job in a professional manner. I pitty her bitter attitude. Some people can’t help but to be miserable. You gotta kill them with kindness!❤️ I’m very happy I made the choice to switch to Bank of America! They have much better customer service and choice of employees!

The tellers are nIce enough. The rules for banking are their own. Do not expect any learning curve with thier fees. Their bill pay only pays bills Monday thru Friday not on due day. It always seems to be a day late not a day early. They bounce pending tranactions and bill pay. If your living paycheck to paycheck do not bank there. You will never get out of the hole. The online banking will show money but according to them 5 things bounce. Not 1 or 2.

Waited for a hour to close an account for a overdraft charge because regions doesn't belive in future education pass the age of 26.
