Our Equinox was hit and damaged the driver's door. We took it to Register Chevrolet for repair. They did the estimate and dealt with the insurance company. The repair was said to take between 14 and 20 days. The car was ready on the 10th day. We picked our repaired Equinox up and are very satisfied. It looks as good as before. Thank you Register Chevrolet.

Earlier this month I purchased a 2020 Silverado 1500 from Register Chevrolet working with their Salesman Ryan Poy. Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient when working with his customers. He established my needs based on the amount that I wanted to spend, my intended use of a truck, and matched me a product that meets my requirements. The entire staff at Register supported Ryan in geting me in the right truck at the right price. I highly recommenend Ryan and the people at Register Chevrolet. It was actually a pleasurable buying expoerience.

purchased a new Equinox today and was very happy with the service I received from Ryan in sales and Paul in finance. No high pressure and no trying to sell extras to change the price. We were happy with the price we paid and felt we got a good deal.

Brought my car in for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. I know for a fact they do not rotate the tires because the manufacturer tire number was in the same position on my car as it was when I brought it in. So I don't even know for sure if they actually did an oil change, they were supposed to do tire rotation and balancing and I don't even know if they did that. Did they even put my car on the lift? Steer clear.. I think I'm going to have to start going to pep boys or maybe this Auto or national tire and battery to get my oil changed in the future... At least there I can see if they put it up on the lift anyway

Absolutely one of THE! WORST! Experiences ever....Took my RV here on a thurs after an accident and spoke to Bob, he says no problem we'll have ian estimate done and over to the insurance by tomorrow Friday. A week goes by and I finally decide to call. Come to find out the simple insurance estimate wasn't even done yet (were talking pictures and a phone call) he then proceeds to tell me it is because he can't find parts and bluntly says there are other coaches ahead of me now (there were 2 others there when I first arrived) I finally decided this isn't working out so I go to pick up my RV and there is new damage to it (this place is nightmare unbelievable, beware)

I took my brand new 2023 to the service center because my radio wasn't working I left the car there all day they call me that the car was ready I went to pick it up they didn't do a damm thing to it I called them they won't even answer my call I kept on calling them leaving messages they didn't have the decency to call me back this place really sucks I don't know how they are in business Chevrolet should look int into it they suck after I left a bad review they had the nerve to finally call me back and ask me why I left that review can you believe this crap I don't recommend any body to go there and he had the balls to hang up on me they are so unprofessional

Brought my car in 3 months ago for an estimate to get some minor body work done. Called several times for an update of when it could be put on the schedule. Was told each time by the shop manager that they were still waiting for the right headlight assembly to come in. Called again today, talked to the same manager. He looked up their estimate for my car and informed me that parts were never ordered. They have had an approved estimate from my insurance company for 3 months and have been lying to me the entire time. Save yourself the aggravation and deal with a company that has some ethics. I don't believe anyone there does!

I have taken my RV twice to Register Chevrolet's RV Service Department, Brooksville, FL, for an oil change. Their service is outstanding. Both times I've been in and out with my oil change completed in under an hour. Can't believe it-they are amazing. Jim Lutz, RV Service Advisor is efficient, friendly and very patient with every customer no matter how small or large the job is. I love RVing and I always feel completely comfortable going on a road-trip after visiting Register Chevrolet. Thanks everyone who works there for taking such great care of my RV.

I was told my car was in autoexpress to be done immediately and it would only take 7 days to repair and its been well over the seven says its been almost 14 days and i still dont have my car and I am suppose to be leaving for a trip to Ny and still do not have my car. They waited until last minute to order my parts so they took forever to come in. When an insurance company tells you to go here do not take it and ask for a different place. Will not be going here again.

I had my battery fixed for the recall here. It took a month and a half to get the parts for it. Once they were available, I made my appointment with Tina for Monday and she said it would be done by Thursday. They provided a rental but did not cover gas so that had to come out of my pocket. I don't usually pay for gas since the Bolt is electric. She called me Wednesday saying it was ready so on his lunch break my husband and I, along with my 6 month old, went to go pick up our car. The plan was to pick up the car and drop off the rental at enterprise but Register took too long to get my car. They didn't even know where it was. The lady was trying to set off the alarm outside but couldn't find it so she had to get someone to go fetch it. By the time I got my car my husbands lunch break was almost over so we had to go back home. Leaving no time to return the rental. Now Register wants me to cover the charge for the rental for a day. And don't get me started on trying to contact managers. It always goes to voicemail. This dealership does not care about its customers.
