purchased a new Equinox today and was very happy with the service I received from Ryan in sales and Paul in finance. No high pressure and no trying to sell extras to change the price. We were happy with the price we paid and felt we got a good deal.

Brought my car in for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. I know for a fact they do not rotate the tires because the manufacturer tire number was in the same position on my car as it was when I brought it in. So I don't even know for sure if they actually did an oil change, they were supposed to do tire rotation and balancing and I don't even know if they did that. Did they even put my car on the lift? Steer clear.. I think I'm going to have to start going to pep boys or maybe this Auto or national tire and battery to get my oil changed in the future... At least there I can see if they put it up on the lift anyway

If you want to be talked to like a child by "sam" from service after she bills you $930 for a simple water pump when every other dealership and shop charged half that.... then I highly recommend this outrageously overpriced service center. If we didn't tow the truck here to begin with I never wouldve left the truck here. Never again would I come here. She is so unprofessional.

I took my brand new 2023 to the service center because my radio wasn't working I left the car there all day they call me that the car was ready I went to pick it up they didn't do a damm thing to it I called them they won't even answer my call I kept on calling them leaving messages they didn't have the decency to call me back this place really sucks I don't know how they are in business Chevrolet should look int into it they suck after I left a bad review they had the nerve to finally call me back and ask me why I left that review can you believe this crap I don't recommend any body to go there and he had the balls to hang up on me they are so unprofessional

I have taken my RV twice to Register Chevrolet's RV Service Department, Brooksville, FL, for an oil change. Their service is outstanding. Both times I've been in and out with my oil change completed in under an hour. Can't believe it-they are amazing. Jim Lutz, RV Service Advisor is efficient, friendly and very patient with every customer no matter how small or large the job is. I love RVing and I always feel completely comfortable going on a road-trip after visiting Register Chevrolet. Thanks everyone who works there for taking such great care of my RV.

I had my battery fixed for the recall here. It took a month and a half to get the parts for it. Once they were available, I made my appointment with Tina for Monday and she said it would be done by Thursday. They provided a rental but did not cover gas so that had to come out of my pocket. I don't usually pay for gas since the Bolt is electric. She called me Wednesday saying it was ready so on his lunch break my husband and I, along with my 6 month old, went to go pick up our car. The plan was to pick up the car and drop off the rental at enterprise but Register took too long to get my car. They didn't even know where it was. The lady was trying to set off the alarm outside but couldn't find it so she had to get someone to go fetch it. By the time I got my car my husbands lunch break was almost over so we had to go back home. Leaving no time to return the rental. Now Register wants me to cover the charge for the rental for a day. And don't get me started on trying to contact managers. It always goes to voicemail. This dealership does not care about its customers.

If you need a replacement vehicle while yours is being repaired. You will be taken care of by Hertz rental. Advise you to ask for an upgrade right away from what they will assign you.

Had issues with our work vehicle. Diagnosis and work was quick. I knew ahead of time the issues, and they found each one without me even telling them. Also ended up saving money off the original quote as they completed the work faster than expected.Will be back again.

I set up an appointment for Monday to have a recall on the passenger airbag and a fuel leak fixed. Get a call Monday afternoon. "Mr. Hall, we completed the airbag recall but we have to wait for the gasket for your fuel pump, it will be in tomorrow." OK I replied. Tuesday afternoon comes. I call to pick up my truck. "Mr. Hall we didn't get it finished today, it will be ready tomorrow (Wednesday)." OK I replied. Wednesday afternoon, I go to pick up my truck. "Mr. Hall we didn't get it finished, it will be ready Thursday morning". Thursday afternoon (today) I called to check on my truck. "Mr. Hall your truck is done, you can pick it up." I get there, go to pay for it and I get informed that the fuel pump got replaced and a new gasket installed for the fuel pump but the airbag didn't get fixed. You mean to tell me you had my truck for 4 days, told me the airbag was done just to tell me it wasn't and give me a bill for $1,441.29 and you didn't even fix the recall. By far the worst experience I've ever had with any dealership service, let alone a Chevrolet service. Blain the manager for service told me I could bring the truck back for the airbag to be replaced at a later date....?? how about not only no, but HELL NO. I wouldn't recommend them at all.Service: General repairs & maintenance
