This Starbucks on Cortez is always out of everything! They had the nerve to say they were out of lemonade, and would I like them to make my Dragon fruit mango lemonade with water instead what? Why on earth would I pay more than 8 dollars for water with Dragon fruit pieces in it are they crazy? Do better Starbucks you charge way too much.

came in around 4pm. “star” took our order and boy were they a character! i hate being nasty & don’t wanna sound like i’m bashing their personality, but maybe you shouldn’t have them on register. they made LOTS of comments about what we were ordering & tried to get me to order something i didn’t want. and when they couldn’t find the button for my bfs drink (the new spicy lemonade) asked him if he would be ok with “spicy water” and was being dead serious. we tried to be patient but he got so frustrated with them he just walked away w ice water.i will say my drink was good! absolutely no issues with it. but it is INSANE to make so many annoying comments that you cause someone to essentially walk out.

some of the most awkward and unprofessional service i’ve ever received in a drive thru. greeting: welcome to starbucks i’ll be with you… shortly. i promise”once they’re ready to take the order “you can order if you want. or you can just sit there. whatever you want.” ??? really weird and honestly embarrassing lol

I wanted to express my gratitude to an employee that works at this location. I have been coming to this location for years and Kris always has a smile on her face and has given the best service. Thank you Kris for always making my Starbucks trip a positive experience! I wish every employee embodied your amazing work ethic and positive attitude!

Today at 10:37 I went to Starbucks to buy ice coffee. I always buy from this place. I found the recipe online. I showed her the recipe on my phone. The woman at the front desk very attitude!"she said I can't see. you have readit to me ,then why do you wear glasses?" She’s very attitude .so I left without buying it.

There have been 3 times in the last 2 weeks that the individual working the window is taking another order and did not scan app to be able to get the points for the offer that was on at that time . They are so busy taking other orders that they are not paying attention to the person at the window or they are laughing and just not paying attention .. I don’t have a problem with anyone taking other orders while waiting in myself nor do I have a problem with having a good time while working but what I do have a problem with is not being acknowledged when you are clearly holding your app up to be scanned … then to be told “ am so sorry I didn’t get that” FIX IT !!! pay attention to the customer in front of you that’s called “ Good Customer Service )

Starbucks baristas get pretty swamped at times and I’m sure an hour of continuous customers seems like a whole day however everyone knows this that had ever been in a Starbucks so it’s a given when you accept a position with them. Please at least pretend to put in effort instead of being nonchalant. Please make the drink the way the customer ordered it not as you wanted them to have it. Also a VENTI is 20 oz cup please fill it 20 oz. Please provide the customer what they have in fact paid upfront to receive. I have gone bank in a couple of times because my cup is filled two inches shy of the rim which means I’m not getting what I paid for which is not honest of the barista.

This Starbucks is horrible. The coffee at this one is always burnt and the staff is short and rude. I will always go out of my way to the one on 19. It's a million times better.

I can’t say enough good things about “Kris with a K” and her staff at this location. My car had issues in the drivethru and the staff was so nice and so patient helping me deal with the situation. It was my first time out of the house in a long time and during a particularly difficult time. The staff had no idea I had just had a life-saving procedure. They had no idea I suffer from depression and chronic ptsd. They had no idea that that moment in the drivethru not being able to move my car with angry customers behind me in line yelling at me could have been really detrimental to my state of mind. Honestly the coupon I recieved in my email was what got me to get out of the house in the first place to go get one of my favorite treats and I believe that I was meant to experience human kindness that day from Kris and her staff. I hope this business achieves much success and prosperity. Hospital and medical bills are crippling, but you can guarantee that I’ll use a coupon every chance I get to have my favorite treat and patronize such an all-around great Starbucks location.
