My experience with the original storage company was amazing until it was purchased by Public storage and then prices went up, availability went down and apparently they don't mind keeping a disabled veterans disability. I canceled on the 2nd and they wouldn't prorate even for a fully disabled veteran.

I have had a wonderful at this Public Storage facility. Chelsea is so very friendly and professional. A total hassle free experience. So happy to have my storage here.

Horrible experience with this place. They took over extra space storage and never notified me of change, charged me for 2 months while my unit sat empty. Nobody was willing to understand my situation and be helpful, I would give them 0 if possible DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!!

poor customer service and would not recommend anybody to come here due to lack of help, management or communication. Overpriced for what you’re given as well.

Went in today and and needed to make a payment. Steve was very pleasant and helped me sign my new lease and signed me up for auto pay.

I was a customer for 10 years and they constantly kept raising the price.The last raise was 95 dollars a month extra. I called to ask why the huge jump in price and they said it was because I had an outside unit.and had 24 hr access. I was annoyed that they would use such a cheesey excuse to get more money especially when my unit didn't have electricity or climate control. When I got the unit that was the only one available and was never charged for 24 hr access. I decided to shop around and found much cheaper places out there so I left. When I emptied the unit it was full of rat feces and there was a rat hole in the corner by the door. My advice is to shop around.

This is not my first experience renting from extra space. I also had a unit at another location previously. It is a very professionally run organization.
