Terrible office, after 20 years with T mobile I am canceling all my lines. To make a few dollars on commission they give us a (Free tablet) and didn’t disclosed that we had pay for an extra line. Don’t go there!!

Awful experience at this store. Waited at least 10 min before anyone acknowledged I was in the store. I presented my husband’s phone and told them all of a sudden the screen started glitching. Without pulling up my account or looking at my long history with the company they said I needed to go through the insurance plan because it was an LCD issue. They claimed they could not help me there. And they laughed at me when I asked for a ‘temporary’ phone to hold me over. They gave me the number and said nothing more. I left the store feeling frustrated and insulted. I immediately called the insurance (assurant) number that they provided and after approximately 30 minutes talking with them they transferred me to T-Mobile and T-Mobile said that my phone was under warranty and they ended up setting it up so that a new phone would be sent to me directly within 24 to 48 hours. So basically, my phone was covered under the warranty and they didn’t even bother to look and see and they automatically assumed something that wasn’t true. If you go to the store, be sure not to let them bully you and stand your ground and have them at least look your account up. If you feel like it should be covered under the warranty, make them look further into it before having them send you away after you got in your car and drove all the way to the actual store. I’m including a picture of my husband’s phone so you can see that there was no physical damage at all to the phone and that is what prompted the insurance team at assurant to send me back to T-Mobile. There are a few other stores in the area I would advise you try going to them instead of this particular store as they clearly do not care about the customer.

I have never in my life had such a horrible customer service experience. Melissa was everything that a customer service representative should NOT be. She was not at all attentive, she was rude, she was dismissive, and she lied to me. I came in simply to activate a phone and transfer data from an old phone for my elderly mother who was there with me. Melissa was too busy being “stressed” from the non-existing customers that she could not bother to listen to what I needed to have done and kept asking me questions that didn’t quite make sense unless she had not been listening to me, which I stated to her. Then when I asked her about doing a data transfer she stated that she would have to charge me $35. When I told her that I knew for a fact that wasn’t true she refused to serve me and said that she would call the sheriff if I did not leave. I did not curse at Melissa; I did not raise my voice at Melissa; I was not even disrespectful to Melissa.Melissa is also a bully who talked her co-worker Thomas into not serving me either even though I had not even interacted with him.Melissa is a horrible representation of the customer service that T-Mobile generally offers and is actively losing money for this store due to her inability to treat customers courteously. Lastly, as a reviewer from two months ago stated, I do believe Melissa’s actions were racist.If Melissa’s store (and she made sure to tell me that it was HER store) was the last one standing in the area, I would prefer to travel to another state to get decent customer service.

I have never been so disrespected and dismissed as I was this afternoon at this store. Melissa and Thomas are by far the rudest, most unprofessional and racist people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As a paying t-mobile customer I feel that refusing to assist and serve said customer is vile and disgusting. I will not bother to go into the details as they were so inconsequential, but suffice it to say that from having heard in the other store I then had to go to on Northcliffe, EVERYONE COMPLAINS about this store and its employees. Stay away Melissa and Thomas are too rude for words.

This store does not even deserve one star. The customer service from Melissa was deplorable. She seems to enjoy treating people bad in general and I would call her a racist but it seems that she treats everyone rudely.

My experience in this establishment was simply absolutely horrendous. I have never encountered such a rude and disrespectful staff working retail and dealing with the public. I will never return to this store and will be disconnecting my services with them immediately.

Cooper’s attitude was vey racist towards me and my family. We called costumer service and we had them talk to the worker and even then they did not want to help us. Pressing charges for being racist.

I went into this location today to upgrade to a better phone for myself and Melissa was so helpful, sweet, and patient! She was so attentive to all of of my questions and made the experience super enjoyable! I hope she’s there any time I go in again :)

People in store were helpful. But t mobile sucks! Left them due to problems with billing. Paid last bill and they sent me to collections saying I never paid. Was told to take copy of cashed check to store. Still not resolved. Now I have to call again this will be 6 tomes! Stay away from the mobile. Terrible service!
