I really appreciate Chloe's help with my recent cancellation, which allowed me to get my dog's food. Owning a Saint Bernard means I go through a 30-pound bag of Science Diet every month, which can be quite a hassle. Chloe's excellent service, and genuine concernhas definitely convinced me to consider signing up for a subscription with your specific location. Thank you again.

I like their location compared to other stores around me, but their inventory system is horrible. Been there several times and the store shows items in stock but later find out they are sold out. They don’t order anything until they know the shelf is empty. The inventory system should auto order once it hits a certain level. Also the inventory system should match when each item is sold the shelf inventory should reflect.

I have shopped here numerous times and everytime I come the bathrooms are locked and say out of order I guess Tractor supply is the new Hood corner store it’s ok for me to spend a lot of money here but not ok for me to use the restroom.

Several years ago we got a tractor supply credit card for 2 reasons. 1, free delivery twice a quarter. 2, carrying a balance for our farm.
For 2 years now, tractor supply has done their absolute best to make me regret it. Tractor supply has the worst customer service. I order feed. They don't get it in, or forget to order it, or even worse, sell My ordered feed to someone else!
My order has the words "please call before arrival" on it. My account has the same. The order book the managers have has it
Noone ever calls.
Today I called to ask about arrival time for my order. I was told that they would call the driver, and call me back.
That was an hour and a half ago.
Why is this so hard?
Moral of the story. Don't bother with the credit card. It's not worth it, And they jacked the rates all the way to 34%. All that, and bad service.

This store lacks in inventory, when ask about products that I have purchased before they tell me they have never carried it,standard answer every time.employees watch elderly people load there own feed,they are to busy on phone. Had good employees and management now gone to hell.

Super busy today, parking lot was packed. Construction outside is tough and I was expecting the worse as soon as I walked into the store.
There was one associate helping load up someone's order upon walking into the store.
However, upon entering, I saw two cashiers open, each line may be had two or three people, and everyone else was still shopping or being helped by associates.
Entire store was clean and well organized. I had issues finding an item and an associate whose name was Emily I believe was able to assist me in finding bins for feed. She also informed me that there is a way to price match, which I was unaware of. Very helpful.
Overall, by the time I got to the register, I was next in line and the cashier was extremely friendly.
Although the current construction outside can be daunting, it was a great experience, and everything was super fast, even though they had a parking lot full of cars.
