“Where do I start? I made a reservation at enterprise two weeks ago, and I show up at 8 o’clock in the morning to pick up my 26 foot box truck, and they tell me there’s none to be picked up, and the closest one is in Tampa. We rode around and saw a Penske rental place and they had 26’ diesel box trucks in the lot. We got there around 8:45 and were walking back to look at them since they didn’t open until 9:00 and the w e heard a voice say “can I help you guys?” Queue Shannon.

I told her my story, and she dropped everything and said “hold on”, opened the door early and went to work. She called around to multiple places looking to see if they had 26’ diesel box trucks, and another spot down the road had one available. She went 15 minutes each way herself to pick this truck up for me. Not only did she do that, she did everything she could to help out with the cost.

If you are looking for a place to rent a box truck whether you are moving, or anything else, PLEASE give them a call and see her. They are nothing but excellent here. If I could give more stars, I would. Here’s 5 more ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.”

“They were the ONLY location around within 45 locations from dade city, zephyrhills, brooksville to new port richey that had what we needed. The lovely women that finished the reservation was an absolute pleasure to talk to and made everything so seamless and easy! Her nephew Joe was very kind and helpful as well. Meeting them and handling everything with them made it one of the best parts of an otherwise horrible day that we were having and their kindness really made our day better. It was very very easy to pickup and drop off quick id verification and contract recieved boom bam done. She also double checked to make sure everything was correct and that i knew where I was dropping off. Wonderful experience from Alisha who helped me start the reservation at our storage unit and searched all areas around to the awesome experience at Minnies it couldn't have went more perfect during such an awful day. The quickness in getting the truck along with the reason why he was delayed made the situation better. I will definitely request to go through him again.”
