On September 2nd, 2023, I came to the site in need of a trailer to assist family members in moving .I met two managers named Tom and Debbie.In that I had utilized this site in previous years, it was a pleasant change to have this new management team assist me as opposed to the ones of prior years.The site was quite active with customers seeking trucks, trailers and LP bottles to be filled.. their attention to the customers including myself was Personable , Professional and quite proficient in serving the customers in a timely and efficient manner.I will look forward to seeking their services and attention to my needs of utilizing their equipment for the years to come.Thomas Lane.

I reserved a trailer 2 weeks in advance had a hitch put on my truck when I arrived for my 5:30 pm appointment they didn’t have it. The employee could not have cared less!. I asked if he could help me locate another one he said. I don’t think we’ll find one this late. So I asked him to give it a try…. He did and a few towns away they had several. If he knew he didn’t have it he could have called me but didn’t. Rent somewhere else don’t waste your time with this guy.

If you need a U-Haul I would not recommend getting it from this location. I reserved a trailer 2 weeks ahead of time. Had a hitch installed on my truck and when I went to pick up the trailer at my 5:30 pm appointment time they didn't have it. The employee working could not have cared less that I really needed to move something this weekend. I asked him to help me find one somewhere else and he said well I don't think we will find one..... I asked him to look in the computer. He reluctantly did. Found one a few towns away. This employee was so lethargic I thought I should check him for a pulse. Horrible customer service. He knew he didn't have it. He could have looked up another locations and had me go there. Instead of 50 miles out of the way. Or just called me and said they didn't have it.

I rented a U-Haul utility trailer and the manager hooked up the harness electrical wires and trailer to my minivan. I left U-Haul and began using the trailer for my move. I rented the trailer for several days moving to my new house. When I was done for the night, I left the trailer on my minivan. I never unhooked the trailer or touched the wires or wire harness. When I was finished moving, I returned my trailer to U-Haul. When I returned my trailer, I had some difficulty backing up the trailer into the correct spot. The manager unhooked the trailer but must have forgotten to unhook the wires and now my wires are strained. I will have to help splicing the wires, which is not a guarantee this will work. I called the U-Haul customer support and they filed a case. They said that the company by policy has to contact me within several business days. I waited for 1 week and I did not receive a call back. I called the representative again and apparently the manager called the customer support denying any responsibility. I asked that the case would reopen. The customer support gave me her number. I called and left a voice mail asking for just a conversation and to listen to her. I respectfully left a voice mail. I have not heard back from this company. This case is still pending. Contact Always Faithful Moving company. This company will not let you down. They are right across the street from U-Haul. Managers need to show responsibility for their mistakes, listen to the customer, and be honest. Do not trust this U-Haul company with your money, business, time or belongings!

Had a reservation for a truck at this location. Spring hill, on 50 near 589. Went to pick it up. They told me I couldn't rent because I had an out of state driver's license. I rented elsewhere. I did message U-Haul to tell them. Here is the replyI understand and apologize. As long as your driver's license is valid, meaning not expired, you're more than welcome to rent with an out of state license. We even accept international licenses, so you should not have been turned away. -RochelleI was told this location is a company owned location by the clerk.Apparently the company is mismanaged.They could have saved time by properly vetting the customer during the online reservation process if no out of State licenses are allowed. Either way it's mismanagement.

I have used U-Haul at least 8 times over the years, and this location is BY FAR the best location I have ever dealt with! I rented a 26 ft truck and car dolly and drove it to South Dakota. The individuals working at this location will go out of their way to accommodate you and provide fantastic customer service. If I didn't live in South Dakota now, I would ALWAYS use them for my storage and moving needs! U-Haul needs to learn from this location about serving their customers!

Total waste of time! Did not convert my reservation and I have been on the phone trying to pick up my truck for 3 hours only for them to tell me my reservation has now expired. AGAIN! This is the 3rd attempt to rent a truck and I have wasted gas going to 3 different locations. Uhaul 24/7 pickup does not work and this company does not care if the reservation they made for you screws up your entire moving plans. And they don’t honor their guarantee! Find a friend with a truck anything but don’t count on Uhaul

My fiance needed to rent a truck but he only had a reloadable debit card they could not take it So he came out and got my debit card I said ok but your paying for whatever else comes up This is for a one time only use find a way.... any way he uses the truck brings it back now all of sudden there charging my card with crazy amounts of money so I called them they said that since the contract was in his name that they couldn't give meBut at this point I'm glad I'm any information and I said but the debit card that they keep charging is in my name but I can't get any info So I called my bank told them what happened and they gave me a whole new card with a new number which they did so just beware But at this point I'm glad I'm no on the contract there not getting a dime from me I only authorized a one-time-useThey ran it as credit I signed nothing I was in the car waiting they need to Explain to people what could happen when the contract is in someone else's name but debit card is another name not good uhaul people cause debit card name is not paying

Customer service today was at an all time low today. Both workers were blatantly unhappy, rude comments about them being unhappy, but the worst is their lack of hygiene. You can smell them almost outside the entrance. Recommend any uhual except this location. Disgusting location and even more disgusting staff
