I have been trying to contact this facility since new manager took over and they mixed up my unit with some other name. I let them know thats not my name. Said they would call back...No call back...Said I owed $900 for a single unit I had less than 4 month with 2 months down. Ive called, no answer, Ive emailed, no response. No bill, No nothing. At this point my belongings are just held hostage and they locked it out.

Valerie, Annette, and Mike are a great team.We had an issue with a moving company delivery and Valerie and her team stepped in and made some calls and saved the day.I would highly recommend this facility and this management team.

Not happy with Brooksville Mini Storage. Two reasons:1. We rented a 10X15 for 14 months, but when we were done, we cleaned out the unit on the 14th of the month, thinking we would get a refund for 1/2 month. Valarie said no, they don’t give refunds.2. Since Valarie started last year, we stopped getting receipts for our monthly payments. We used to get them emailed to us

I have stored my motor home and tow dolly at Brooksville mini storage for over a year now but I won't be there much longer. I took my motor home to a local body shop on the ninth of December and when I brought it back to the storage lot on the twelfth I noticed that my tow dolly was stolen and a large hole had been cut in the fence in order to roll it out onto Yontz road. I called the after hours number and got Valerie who was up in Georgia at the time and I also called the sheriff's department to report the theft. Valerie said she would access the video when she returned from Georgia and see if they could determine anything from that. The sheriff's deputy filed a stolen vehicle report and agreed to meet back at the Brooksville mini storage office the following Tuesday when Valerie returned. The deputy and I showed up Tuesday to be told by Valerie and the manager that they did not have the password for their video system, but would try to get it as soon as possible. The deputy and I went back today (31 December) and were told that they had the password but the video is not, and will not be, available. The fence is jury rigged and would take a thief with bolt cutters about thirty seconds to open up and use the same bolt cutters to access as many storage units as they wanted. Pretty sad state of affairs when it comes to security at Brooksville mini storage. If you value your stuff, don't store it there!

Recently had a new management company come in and almost doubled prices. Our 10'10 non climate controlled unit went from $55 a month to $96 a month! Sent out a notice by mail with no pricing. Changed gate code. Don't answer phone. Aren't in office. Horrible customer service. Beyond appalling. We took our stuff out.

Never answers their phone so I can make a payment. I've literally called ALL month (it's now the 22nd and they are just now answering today but now when I go to call back their line is cut off and they aren't answering AGAIN) so I'm having to stress over them possibly selling my stuff out of my unit due to nonpayment that THEY are responsible for. Also, I chose these storage units because of their price. I shopped around, and got a unit I could AFFORD, I go to make my payment this month and am informed I now have to pay $75 for my unit instead of my promised $55. Upping the charge for CURRENT customers is absurd and WRONG. I've had plenty of storage units before, and I've never had to deal with anything like this. I'll be driving 6 hours now in order to get my stuff out of this facility and moving it closer to me for a cheaper price. It's worth the hassle and extra money renting a uhaul honestly. This is the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had. Wish there was something less than a 1 star.
