I live in St Pete...just happened to be in the area...stopped in, what a totally different experience!! Madison is pure joy, great customer service and so refreshing! I encountered another staff member who helped me find Jimmy Choo fragrances- helpful and friendly.
I told management what a star Madison is...I hope she's appreciated and recognized.

Tyrone store in St Pete is major unfriendly...never been greeted, acknowledged etc!

we had a person training on the register, use three Visa gift cards- then before the end of the sale I was told they can't use more than two gift cards and gave me back my card and said it would be credited back onto my card - which is wasn't. I went back to the store but was only give corporates number. Called corporate which they told me they couldn't help me, couldn't help me without the receipt - even thought they could see I spent money. Thanks Ulta for no help.

I absolutely hate going to Ulta when Iām not wearing makeup. Usually itās just bad looks and judgement from the employees and then one time I got a full āmakeoverā from an employee that I didnāt ask for who used all the tester products on my face and sold me a foundation that didnāt match my skin tone. But thatās not why Iām here today writing a review. Yesterday I came in to grab a few things. Some of them being a set of shampoo and conditioner that I wanted to try that I saw online. I checked the back section with the other shampoos and then the little rows of assorted products but still couldnāt find it. I saw someone who was very obviously an employee stocking something by the nail polish section (had the uniform on and was restocking something out of a cardboard box) I have social anxiety and asked her if she worked there anyways despite how obvious it was. She gave me a weird look said āno I donāt work hereā and walked away. Maybe it was my fault for double checking but it was super rude and I later saw her go up to the front behind the counter and walked back with another cardboard box of things needing to be reshelfed. Those two experiences made me even more anxious about coming in store. At this point Iād rather pay extra for shipping than coming in store if this is how things are gonna be. And I literally live 3 mins away from the store.

Jade at this Ulta Beauty is amazing! She does my lashes perfectly every time ā they look full, natural, and last really well. Sheās so sweet, easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable. I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend her!

Iāve been a regular Ulta Beauty customer and have never experienced issues until recently. During my last few visits, I noticed a consistent lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the front staff. Despite the area being fully staffed, Iāve had to wait several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presenceāoften not until a line forms. Additionally, Iām never asked if Iād like to provide my rewards number or if Iām interested in a credit card, which I know is typically part of their standard checkout process. Itās disappointing to see a decline in customer service at a store Iāve previously enjoyed visiting.

I went to the store yesterday to purchase some products in the cashier Chelsea when I went in around 2:00 p.m. is very non approachable and not friendly at all at checkout.
